Il servizio di assistenza mi ha davvero deluso, ho chiedere un preventivo per delle modifiche alla mia vecchia MTB. Mi sono visto costretto a rivolgermi a un altro negozio di bici in quanto sono uscito dal negozio senza essere ascoltato, senza un idea di prezzo e senza alcun minimo orientamento su come risolvere il mio problema. L'unica risposta che mi ha saputo dare e su dove comprare la mia nuova bici, ossia al supermercato, consiglio lungimirante che credo di seguire. Tirando le somme anche se il negozio è fornitissimo di bellissime bici costose da quello che ho potuto notare l'attenzione verso il cliente è scadente. Un consiglio che mi sento di dare è di non scaricare lo stress della giornata su un cliente che chiede solo assistenza su un problema che altri hanno risolto in 15 min. Mi riservo di modificare la recezione se noterò nel tempo un miglioramento evidente.
