I took my Giant Reign E + to fix for a breakdown and they did a great job. Very courteous and precise in explaining the work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una bici per mio figlio che si è rivelata un prodotto di scarsissima qualità. Persino la riparazione non è stata risolutiva. Dopo 2 ore si è guastata nuovamente. 2 guasti in 20 ore di utilizzo. Per sistemarla l'ho dovuta portare in un altro negozio.
I bought a bike for my son which turned out to be a very poor quality product. Even the repair was not conclusive. After 2 hours it failed again. 2 failures in 20 hours of use. To fix it, I had to take it to another store.
