Grande professionalità e grande abilità tecnica nello svolgere il loro lavoro, ma anche grande disponibilità e attenzione nel capire le esigenze specifiche del cliente. Infine, ulteriore plusvalore, la capacità di relazionarsi anche con un utente poco pratico nell'uso del sito web e di metterlo facilmente in condizione di gestirlo. Sono molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente e prima di prendere una qualsiasi iniziativa mi hanno sempre consultato. Un'altra cosa che ho apprezzato è il fatto che non offrono un prodotto standardizzato ma ogni progetto viene fortemente personalizzato secondo le esigenze del cliente: mi hanno fatto sentire sempre al centro dell'attenzione e protagonista nell'ambito del progetto che andavamo sviluppando passo passo. Inoltre lo staff di cui si servono (e che ho avuto occasione di conoscere anche personalmente) è formato da persone altamente professionali e qualificate e sempre disponibile alle mie richieste. Offrono assistenza anche nel post-vendita e questa è una cosa che ho apprezzato molto a differenza di altri che ti abbandonano a te stesso una volta terminato il progetto, ogni mia successiva richiesta è stata sempre soddisfatta ed evasa in tempi brevi, quindi che altro dire BRAVI CONTINUATE COSì!

They are very attentive to customer needs and have always consulted me before taking any initiative. Another thing that I appreciated is the fact that they do not offer a standardized product but each project is strongly customized according to the customer's needs: they have always made me feel at the center of attention and a protagonist in the project that we were developing step by step . Furthermore, the staff they serve (and I have also had the opportunity to meet personally) is made up of highly professional and qualified people and is always available to my requests. They offer assistance also in the post-sale and this is something that I appreciated very much unlike others that leave you to yourself once the project is finished, every subsequent request of mine has always been satisfied and fulfilled in a short time, so what else to say GOOD CONTINUED SO!
