★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono giorni che provo a contattarli, non rispondono MAI al telefono, poi scatta una segreteria che registra messaggi che NESSUNO prende in considerazione. Spedite mail... silenzio totale. E sono loro cliente.
 I have been trying to contact them for days, they NEVER answer the phone, then there is an answering machine that records messages that NO ONE takes into consideration. Send mail ... total silence. And I'm their client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai vista tanta poca professionalità. Gestiscono i clienti con superficialità ed arroganza. Non rispondono mai a telefono. Una qualsiasi richiesta ti danno risposta dopo mesi.Da evitare.
Never seen so little professionalism. They handle customers with superficiality and arrogance. They never answer the phone. Any request will be answered after months. To be avoided.

Nonostante la normativa anti-covid danno a tutti lo stesso appuntamento: 8:30 orario apertura banca, creando assembramento (vietato per legge) e facendo innervosire pericolosamente gli animi dei convocati ignari di avere tutti lo stesso orario. E poi il documento per cui era stato dato lo pseudo appuntamento (nonostante una settimana di tempo per prepararlo) non era pronto. Era il 12 giugno ore 8:49. Oggi è il 26 giugno....e il documento non è ancora pronto. Sarà colpa del covid? O dell'assoluta mancanza di rispetto per il cliente e di professionalità? Banca sconsigliatissima....personale pessimo indolente e apatico. Credo che l'unico modo per farli lavorare sia chiamare la polizia per inadempimento della normativa anticovid (creazione voluta e consapevole di assembramento davanti all'ingresso) e inadempienza di produzione di semplici documenti di loro competenza.
Incompetent, dangerous and superficial. Despite the anti-covid regulations, they give everyone the same appointment: 8:30 am bank opening hours, creating a gathering (prohibited by law) and dangerously making the souls of the players summoned unaware that they are all at the same time. And then the document for which the pseudo appointment had been given (despite a week of time to prepare it) was not ready. It was June 12th at 8:49 am. Today is June 26 .... and the document is not yet ready. Will it be the fault of the covid? Or the absolute lack of respect for the customer and professionalism? Bank not recommended .... bad staff indolent and apathetic. I believe that the only way to get them to work is to call the police for non-compliance with the anticovid legislation (intentional and conscious creation of gathering in front of the entrance) and non-production of simple documents of their competence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una richiesta di surroga con loro,dopo aver perso tempo a raccogliere tutti i documenti richiesti è passato un mese dalla perizia, non rispondono alle email ne al telefono li ho contattati centinaia di volte lasciando messaggi in segreteria, non hanno mai richiamato.
A distanza di 4 mesi, non ho mai ricevuto risposta ai messaggi telefonici e alle email. Scandaloso.
I made a subrogation request with them, after wasting time collecting all the required documents, a month has passed since the appraisal, they do not respond to emails or on the phone I have contacted them hundreds of times leaving messages on the answering machine, they never called back.
After 4 months, I have never received a response to telephone messages and emails. Scandalous.
