Racchiudono, in primis Cortesia Gentilezza Disponibilità e Simpatia. Pazienza e Competenza. Ben forniti di tutto, non solo hanno l'occorrente per qualsiasi necessità ma hanno l'accortezza di trattare ogni cliente con attenzione e riguardo. Anche nel consigliargli la giusta cosa da fare. Non c'è LeRoyMerlin, Bricofer, Bricoman o altro che sia all'altezza della loro esperienza in termini di professionalità e di customer satisfaction (riguardo verso il cliente).

They enclose, first of all Courtesy, Kindness, Availability and Sympathy. Patience and Competence. Well equipped with everything, not only do they have what is needed for any need but they have the foresight to treat each customer with attention and respect.
