★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile, mi hanno sempre ben consigliato; hanno un gran assortimento di prodotti di vario tipo, anche di buonissime marche (ottime per gatti con esigenze particolari). Non dò cinque stelle solo perché purtroppo capita quanto basta che i prodotti arrivino con i camion ma che il personale per sistemarli in negozio ci metta anche svariati giorni, lasciando "a secco" chi magari di quel prodotto ha bisogno. Ma è un dettaglio, se si vuole, trascurabile.
 The staff is always friendly and helpful, they have always advised me well; they have a large assortment of various types of products, including very good brands (excellent for cats with special needs). I do not give five stars just because unfortunately it happens enough that the products arrive by truck but that the staff to arrange them in the store can take several days, leaving "dry" who perhaps needs that product. But it is a negligible detail, if you like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono le 19.50 ed è già tutto chiuso quando dovrebbe chiudere alle 20. Ho fatto le corse per arrivare prima della chiusura per per nulla. Non è stato rispettato l’orario di chiusura di lunedì 7 marzo.
It is 7.50 pm and everything is already closed when it should close at 8 pm. I did the races to get there before closing for nothing. The closing time of Monday 7 March was not respected.

Unico neo che se di cerca qualche cosa di particolare , non lo si trova ma questo è un problema di tutte le grandi catene, per cose particolari sicuramente risulta necessario rivolgersi al negiozio specialuzzato oppure negli stand delle Expo
A well-stocked large-scale retail trade with good prices, with convenient offers in rotation.
The only drawback is that if you are looking for something particular, you cannot find it but this is a problem of all the big chains, for particular things it is certainly necessary to contact the specialized shop or in the stands of the Expo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sede è grande e ben organizzata sia per cani, che per gatti che per altri animali ma per i pesci sono più attrezzati nell'altra sede. Hanno un angolo con i medicinali dove hanno a disposizione alcuni dei prodotti più usati anche se per questo tipo di prodotti è meglio rivolgersi ad Agrifarma che ha una disponibilità maggiore e dei prezzi più convenienti. Il personale di questa sede è davvero gentile e disponibile, hanno una buona scelta e i prezzi sono abbastanza buoni rispetto ad altri competitor della zona. Il parcheggio è un po' sacrificato per via della vicina concessionaria d'auto ma non mi è mai capitato di non trovare un posticino dove infilare l'auto. Nel complesso: raccomandato
The venue is large and well organized for both dogs, cats and other animals but for fish they are better equipped in the other venue. They have a corner with medicines where they have some of the most used products available even if for this type of products it is better to contact Agrifarma which has greater availability and cheaper prices. The staff at this venue are really nice and helpful, they have a good choice and the prices are quite good compared to other competitors in the area. Parking is a bit sacrificed due to the nearby car dealership but I've never found a place to put the car. Overall: recommended

We feed our cat only natural fish and chicken and they have really good brands from schesir, to another brand I think is called wild. They all have a lot of Eco friendly options for example we bought a bamboo cat bowl, which made from natural fibres and easy to clean
