Tuttavia mi sono sembrati disponibili, preparati e gentili.
Per quanto riguarda l'assortimento posso solo parlare del cibo e accessori per il gatto.
Ho trovato alcune marche a cui ero abituato e altre meno conosciute, sostanzialmente, perché non pubblicizzate.
Di quest'ultime, ad una rapida lettura degli ingredienti, posso dire che mi sono sembrate di medio-alta qualità.
 I rarely go there. I need few things and always those so I didn't need any assistance from the staff.
However, they seemed helpful, prepared and kind.
As for the assortment I can only talk about the food and accessories for the cat.
I found some brands that I was used to and others that were less known, basically, because they were not advertised.
Of the latter, on a quick reading of the ingredients, I can say that they seemed to me of medium-high quality.

Really courteous and helpful staff, a joy to go there! Just a pity that some things available on the site are not present in the shop. For the rest, the best pet shop in the Florence area.
