★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è molto scortese e arrogante, ho chiamato per un coniglio ariete, 2 volte ho chiamato per sapere se era disponibile e tutti e due sono stati viaggi a vuoto.
The staff are very rude and arrogant, I called for a ram rabbit, 2 times I called to find out if it was available and both were empty trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un coniglietto nano ariete , se ne è andato dopo 4 giorni…. l ‘abbiamo portato dal veterinario per scoprire che purtroppo era in uno stato gravissimo di coccidiosi, ci era stato detto dalle dipendenti che il trattamento finiva il giorno dopo averlo preso, quando in realtà durava un’altra settimana… in un lavoro come questo bisogna amare gli animali ed essere a conoscienza di tutto ciò che li riguarda. Qui si viene a prendere esseri viventi non telefoni che se si guastano possono esser rimpiazzati il giorno dopo.
Riposa in pace piccolino..
I took a dwarf ram bunny, he left after 4 days…. we took him to the vet to discover that unfortunately he was in a very serious state of coccidiosis, we were told by the employees that the treatment ended the day after taking it, when in reality it lasted another week ... in a job like this you have to love animals and be aware of everything that concerns them. Here we come to take non-telephones living beings which if they fail can be replaced the next day.
