Mi è stato spedito un termoriscaldatore danneggiato; alle mie rimostranze mi è stato risposto che non potevano fare nulla poiché il reclamo era fuori tempo massimo. Hanno perso un cliente per QUATTORDICI EURO. Spero si rendano conto della loro bassezza.

Not serious and absolutely unprofessional service. A damaged heater was sent to me; my complaints were told that there was nothing they could do because the complaint was out of time. They lost a customer for FOURTEEN EURO. I hope they realize their baseness.
