Il personale purtroppo è molto arrogante e spocchioso. Cercano di convincerti a comprare un sacco di cose nonostante tu abbia un'idea ben chiara, cosa che potrei anche capire se non fosse stato detto con maleducazione del tipo, cito testualmente: "questo abito non è da cerimonia ma al massimo io ci andrei in giro un pomeriggio" oppure "ma perché vuole comprare un vestito con le maniche se sono più belli senza" o "secondo me non ha mai avuto la tessera del Negozio perché io non la trovo".
Siamo clienti fissa da anni, chiaramente eravamo perché trattati in questo modo i miei soldi non li vedranno MAI PIÙ.
Non comprendo, comunque, come ai piani alti non capiscono che cortesia, sorriso e gentilezza mettano il cliente di ottimo umore e lo invoglino a comprare il doppio. Se fossi stata trattata bene avrei comprato tutto quello che mi serviva, abito, scarpe, borsa, stola e anche una bella cintura. In questo modo ho preso l'abito che mi serviva e a mai più arrivederci.
Tra l'altro essendo una persona molto decisa e veloce ho provato 4 capi di numero, ho subito scelto e pagato. Non sono certo il cliente indeciso che resta 5 ore in un negozio o ti fa tirare fuori mezzo magazzino (cosa comunque lecita dato che si paga per un servizio).
Non pensavo che questo negozio sarebbe caduto così in basso, quando io lavoravo come commessa pochi anni fa, in negozi molto meno famosi, era richiesto il doppio della professionalità. Sono sconvolta a dir poco.

They try to convince you to buy a lot of things even though you have a very clear idea, which I could also understand if it had not been said with rudeness of the type, I quote: "this dress is not for ceremony but at most I would go in I go around one afternoon "or" but because she wants to buy a dress with sleeves if they are more beautiful without "or" in my opinion she has never had a shop card because I can't find it ".
We have been regular customers for years, clearly we were because treated like this, my money will NEVER see it again.
I do not understand, however, how on the upper floors they do not understand that courtesy, smile and kindness put the customer in an excellent mood and encourage him to buy double. If I had been treated well I would have bought everything I needed, dress, shoes, bag, stole and even a nice belt. That way I got the dress I needed and never see you again.
Among other things, being a very determined and fast person, I tried 4 garments of number, I immediately chose and paid. I'm certainly not the undecided customer who stays 5 hours in a shop or makes you pull out half a warehouse (which is still legitimate since you pay for a service).
I didn't think this shop would fall so low, when I was working as a shop assistant a few years ago, in much less famous shops, double the professionalism was required. I am shocked to say the least.
