Sono entrato con un mio amico per comprare delle scarpe alla mia ragazza, lei con aria insospettita, non mi ha permesso di comprare alcuna scarpa del reparto femminile. Io sono sconvolto. Mai più. Bad shop to say the least, unpleasant and stoned shop assistant. I went in with a friend of mine to buy shoes for my girlfriend, she with a suspicious air, she did not allow me to buy any shoes in the women's department. I am shocked. Never again.

Dann fingen sie an einen Vergleich mit Zara zu machen (die Tatsachen die er von sich gab waren nicht wahr). Bestellen geht auch nicht & wenn man fragt ob man mit dem Chef reden könnte heißt es „ne das machen wir nicht“. Dienstleistung geht anders. The staff didn't feel like they knew anything. Exchange is possible, money back is not. Then they started making a comparison with Zara (the facts he was giving were not true). Ordering is also not possible & when you ask if you could talk to the boss it says "no, we won't do that". Service is different.

Un paio di scarpe però piacevano alla mia amica che alla fine le ha comprate lo stesso, alla cassa, cassiera veramente antipatica, la mia amica ha pagato con 100 euro e la cassiera le ha detto, per ben due volte con ironia insistente, mi porti tutti i soldi di resto....tanto che la mia amica per disagio si è scusata!!!!! Poi, e questo l'ho notato altre volte entrando in questo negozio, il pavimento è sporchissimo... I went into the shop this morning, together with a friend, to look. Hanno integrato Diadora con dei bellissimi modelli. Mancano ancora marchi vintage come: PONY, ONITSUKA e magari le italiane ATALA. Negozio top a Verona. Well-stocked shoe shop specializing in sneakers. The guys are competent, quick and anticipate customer needs. They complemented Diadora with some beautiful models. There are still vintage brands such as: PONY, ONITSUKA and perhaps the Italian ATALA. Top shop in Verona.

Avevo già le idee ben chiare sul tipo di scarpa da prendere ma ho dovuto comunque chiedere ad un ragazzo riguardo al numero. Sempre tutti gentilissimi, io contenta delle scarpe e della promozione che conviene sempre. Un grande saluto a Mario! Da Milano First time visiting Verona after so many years.
