Devo dire che le commesse appena sono entrata si sono permesse di fare commenti inopportuni solo perché avevo delle rose nella borsa...poi un commesso molto gentile mi ha seguito molto bene

Ovviamente il negozio è molto bello, ma volevo fare i complimenti al commesso che oltre ad ascoltare le necessità di mio marito ha capito i gusti e ha consigliato un ottimo paio di scarpe.
Obviously the shop is very nice, but I wanted to congratulate the clerk who, in addition to listening to my husband's needs, understood the tastes and recommended a great pair of shoes.

Servizio clienti pessimo! Sono riusciti ad assumere i commessi peggiori di Verona! Abbiamo ordinato le scarpe di mio marito perché non disponibili in negozio sabato 12/06, dovevano arrivare il sabato successivo purtroppo abbiamo chiamato in negozio diverse volte ma invece di dirci se le scarpe erano disponibili buttavano giù il telefono! A noi non è arrivato nessun messaggio e avevamo già pagato purtroppo. Decido così di recarmi in negozio oggi alle ore 18 a ritirarle e manifestando in modo educato il mio malcontento ho visto la commessa lanciarmi le scarpe fuori dal negozio senza neanche una scusa. Non mi è mai successa una cosa simile spero vivamente che il direttivo geox prenda provvedimenti in merito all'accaduto.
Bad customer service! They managed to hire the worst salesmen in Verona! We ordered my husband's shoes because they were not available in the shop on Saturday 12/06, they had to arrive the following Saturday unfortunately we called the shop several times but instead of telling us if the shoes were available they threw down the phone! We did not receive any message and unfortunately we had already paid. So I decide to go to the shop today at 6 pm to pick them up and politely expressing my discontent, I saw the clerk throw my shoes out of the shop without even an apology. Such a thing has never happened to me. I sincerely hope that the geox management will take action regarding the incident.

MANIFATTURA SCADENTE, SERVIZIO CLIENTI DA MIGLIORARE SICURAMENTE Ho visto un paio di sandali online, mi sono piaciuti, allora ho deciso di recarmi in negozio, per provarli. Sandali bellissimi; la commessa (mi pare si chiamasse Matilde) mi ha aiutata, è stata molto gentile e professionale. Purtroppo, ho dovuto fare il reso, perché si sono scollati dopo due volte che li ho usati. Alberto, il commesso, anche lui molto professionale e gentile, mi ha aiutata a riacquistare il paio di sandali. Sfortunatamente, sono dovuta tornare una terza volta, per renderli definitivamente e avere il rimborso, perché non volevo più saperne. Si sono scollati di nuovo! Dopo neanche 10/15 giorni che li avevo acquistati! Penso mi abbia aiutata la store manager; ha subito accettato a darmi il rimborso. Unica pecca: la “maleducazione”. Mi sono sentita non voluta, visti i toni di voce utilizzati, un po’ aspri e risentiti, quasi come fosse infastidita dalla mia presenza. È stata un’esperienza sicuramente spiacevole, nonostante il rimborso l’abbia ricevuto. Comprendo, che non siamo macchine e che le nostre emozioni sono variabili, però quando si tratta di parlare con i clienti, la professionalità e le buone maniere sono tutto! POOR QUALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE IMPROVED I saw a pair of sandals online, I liked them, so I went to the store, to try them on. Unfortunately, I had to give them back, because a strip unglued after I used them twice. Alberto, the shop assistant, was also professional and kind, he helped me change and re-buy them. Unluckily, I had to come back a third time, to give them back definitely and have a refund, because I was fed up. I didn’t want to know anything about it at all anymore. They unglued another time! After 10/15 days that I bought them! Another shop assistant helped me, I think she was the store manager; she immediately agreed on giving me the refund. The only flaw: bad manners. I felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there, not wanted, seeing the tone of voice she was using, a lil bit sour and resentful, like she was annoyed by my presence. It was surely an unpleasant experience, despite I had my money back. I get that we’re not machines and our emotions are variable, but when it’s time to talk to costumers, professionality and good manners are all!

Alberto, the salesman, also very professional and kind, helped me buy back the pair of sandals. Unfortunately, I had to come back a third time, to return them permanently and get a refund, because I didn't want to hear more. They are unglued again! After less than 10/15 days that I had bought them! I think the store manager helped me; he immediately agreed to give me the refund. The only flaw: the "rudeness". I felt unwanted, given the tones of voice used, a bit harsh and resentful, almost as if she were bothered by my presence. Geox e sembra aver detto tutto...? Non è solo il prodotto vincente, è anche il negozio stesso che accoglie e guida il cliente in maniera intelligente e cordiale, assieme ad un personale cortese e disponibile ed anche simpatico. Certo, le calzature e l'abbigliamento non sono proposti a prezzi di discount ma la qualità comunque è di granlunga il pregio più grande. La qualità dei materiali ed il look tra il casual ed il raffinato, tra il classico e lo sportivo, fanno sicuramente di questo negozio un punto di riferimento per un buon acquisto...o un bel regalo! ...io approfitto dei saldi??

It is not only the winning product, it is also the shop itself that welcomes and guides the customer in an intelligent and friendly way, together with a courteous and helpful and also friendly staff. Of course, footwear and clothing are not offered at discount prices, but quality is by far the greatest value. The quality of the materials and the look between casual and refined, between classic and sporty, certainly make this shop a point of reference for a good purchase ... or a nice gift! ... I take advantage of the sales??
