P	Patrick Tauscher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cooler Store mit ausgefallenen Klamotten und Schuhen. Wer auf Yamamoto usw. steht, wird hier fündig. Jedoch natürlich sehr teuer. Cooler store with fancy clothes and shoes. Who likes Yamamoto, etc., will find it here. Of course very expensive.

A	Ale Verona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Assolutamente da evitare" Ho comprato una paio di scarpe per un regalo e, una volta arrivato a casa, mi accorgo che avevano una leggera scucitura, torno chiedendo se potevano sostituirle con un'altro paio,la commessa, essendoci i saldi mi dice che non si puo fare niente.,oppure avrei potuto sostituirle con un paio piu grandi ,perche' il mio numero era terminato,oppure avrei potuto farmele cucire da un calzolaio, "preciso che le scarpe le ho pagate per nuove "cosi che,passa la palla al commesso" a cui gli chiedo se si poteva sostituirle con un'altro paio, pagandole a prezzo pieno, alche", mi dice no sai ,non si puo,la ditta, sono buone, la commessa ha visto male ecc.. Ecco, io mi domando come si puo' lavorare con questa scarsa professionalita, con un potenziale nuovo cliente.. Peccato per il negozio molto carino. "Absolutely to be avoided" I bought a pair of shoes as a gift and, once I get home, I realize they had a slight unstitching, I go back asking if they could replace them with another pair, the saleswoman, as there are sales, she tells me that nothing can be done., or I could have replaced them with a bigger pair, because my number was finished, or I could have had them sewn by a shoemaker, "I specify that I paid for the shoes for new ones" so that, ball to the salesman "to which I ask him if he could replace them with another pair, paying them at full price, alche", he tells me no you know, you can't, the company, they are good, the saleswoman has seen badly, etc. , I wonder how you can work with this lack of professionalism, with a potential new customer. Too bad for the very nice shop.

Me and my girlfriend was reffered to Concept Verona from Carnaby Street, but when we visited Concept, we were treated like criminals. The staff litterally followed us around like suspected thieves everywhere. At every floor we went on, different staff followed us around while pretending to "browse the shelves" or act like they did some work, and when we left the room or floor they followed us out. I can't comprehend that a store that is supposed to be proffesional, acts like this. How can you criminalize a customer based on nothing? We are just two young tourist. The experience was so uncomfortable and almost humiliating that we couldn't even get ourselves to confront the staff, we just felt like leaving immedeately. I would never recommend this store to anyone, and I would never spend any money, purely based on this pathetic act of customer service.

Still it's nice to see that they are trying to diversify themselves from other shops
C	Castor Valbum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fashionable store with a large selection of adidas and Nike streetwear along with Alexander McQueen, Y3 and similar. Many other reviews have pointed out that the staff is likely to follow you around. We experienced the same and believe that the behaviors is due to the store having experienced theft. It is important to mention, though, that the service was good once we asked the staff about anything. For me, the main experience of visiting the store was the excellent interior design and I would recommend anyone who are interested in design and architecture to visit the store simply to see, e.g. the wonderful staircase in the center of the store.
