We are regular customers of Max & Co. and this is the shop where we are treated worst. The elegance of the place and the beauty of the garments are not discussed, while the staff is often distracted, elusive and not very polite.

The staff are EXCEPTIONAL, extremely knowledgeable, precise, friendly. I can't really understand the complaints because the shop is gorgeous, it feels like a private atelier for you. I bought a beautiful coat with the greatest pleasure. See you soon.

Al momento per questioni di tempo acquisterò il vestito online ma sicuramente passerò in negozio per futuri acquisti. Trovare gente cortese e disponibile è sempre un piacere.
This is the first time I have ordered a Max & Co dress online and Ms. Pia was very courteous and professional in explaining the different purchasing solutions to me as well as giving me advice on the possible size. At the moment for reasons of time I will buy the dress online but I will certainly go to the store for future purchases. Finding friendly and helpful people is always a pleasure.
