A	Albora Hoxha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi presento a questo negozio avendo sentito parlare di professionisti, e chiedo alla ragazza un balayage, ho i capelli lunghi e scuri e non sono colorati da 3 anni quindi non essendo neanche colorati è più facile lavorarci.. faccio vedere una foto alla ragazza e quando mi asciuga i capelli avendomi tenuta 4 ore lì ( oltre ad avermi sporcato la maglietta con lo schiarente ) mi fa un disastro in testa , oltre ad aver pagato 112€ ora devo recarmi da qualcun altro per poter aggiustare il danno perchè rifarmi mettere le mani in testa da loro proprio no, non è per cattiveria ma pagare tutti quei soldi e uscire che da una parte ho le meches e dall ‘altra no lo vedrebbe anche un bambino in più diverse tonalitá di biondo tra cui anche il giallo io sono senza parole sconsigliatissimo !! Posto tranquillo niente di che non sarei mai tornata se non per il servizio della ragazza bionda che se ricordo bene si chiama Narcisa , sono ritornata e ho presso appuntamento con lei per il colore mi sono trovata benissimo sono molto diffidente quando si tratta di capelli però lei è stata veramente brava . Peccato che era il 23 di dicembre e lei alle 17.30 e rimasta sola nel salone a finire lì appuntamenti ?ritornerei volentieri per la professionalità della ragazza però c’è una organizzazione che fa perdere tanto . Mentre mi stavano lavando i capelli la ragazza se ne esce che se la piega non è semplice liscia allora sono tot soldi in più, io recalmo dicendo che nella lista prezzi non c’è scritto niente di tutto questo e che non possono applicare prezzi che non sono scritti perchè si tratta di truffa. La garazza mi ha dato ragione dicendomi che già si sono lamentati per questa simpatica sorpresa e io ho reclamato mentre la propretaria inisteva che la piega è quel prezzo solo se è liscia. Alla fine ho vinto io e non ho pagato in piu anche perchè avrei chiamato i carabinieri. Il personale è gentile la propretaria è una disonesta. In the end I won and I didn't pay more because I would have called the carabinieri. The staff is nice the owner is a dishonest.
