D	Diana Maso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo entrati nel negozio store per chiedere informazioni su reti elettriche e materassi e abbiamo trovato Giada che da subito ci ha accolti , é stata gentilissima e competente, ma la cosa che mi ha meravigliato di piu é che ce li ha fatti provare subito senza avere la certezza che li avremmo comprati. Che dire è stata così brava che il giorno dopo siamo tornati e li abbiamo acquistati. Il tutto made in Italy. Grazie Giada da Diana e Gigi❣? I ragazzi che si sono occupati della consegna si sono mossi in casa con attenzione e scrupolo. Tornerò volentieri quando avrò bisogno di sostituire i materassi. Friendly and helpful staff. La sua consulenza è stata precisa, chiara e professionale dimostrando quanto sia specializzata in questo settore. Abbiamo scelto il materasso matrimoniale Fisiomed per noi con dei cuscini speciali Memory Fresh e il materasso singolo modello Rigidone per nostra figlia. Ci stiamo trovando molto bene e siamo veramente soddisfatti di esserci affidati a lei e al suo negozio. Giada showed us and made us try all the mattress models in the store. Giada e Giulia ci hanno aiutati a capire cosa ci piacesse di più e di cosa avessimo realmente bisogno, ascoltandoci con attenzione e spiegandoci le varie differenze dei prodotti con molta competenza e gentilezza. Quando entri nel negozio ti senti accolto, come a casa, senza tecniche di vendita aggressive.. e infatti questo atteggiamento e la qualità dei prodotti premiano sicuramente. Avevo la necessità ed urgenza di avere il materasso in breve tempo e Giada ha fatto di tutto per consegnarlo in una settimana. Il materasso è ottimo...finalmente non ho più dolori alla schiena al mio risveglio. Gentilezza, competenze e la capacità di capire le nostre esigenze ci hanno convinto fin da subito. Altra nota di merito è la percezione che non si debba "vendere a tutti i costi". Lo consiglio a chiunque nella zona cerchi competenza e professionalità unità alla qualità eccellente dei materassi venduti. Abbiamo acquistato un materasso Falomo e il nostro sonno ha svoltato in maniera significativa. Era molto tempo che la mia schiena non aveva così sollievo. Insomma, prima di scegliere un materasso nuovo una visita in questo negozio andrebbe fatta, ne uscirete sicuramente con un buon "sapore" in bocca indipendentemente dalla decisione di acquisto. Poi Giada è stata professionale ma soprattutto attenta alle nostre esigenze senza insistere per vendere ad ogni costo i suoi prodotti. Siamo rimasti così contenti che alla fine siamo entrati per chiedere una semplice informazione e ne siamo usciti con letto e materasso nuovi. Consiglio a tutti una visita da Giada perché ci tiene ai suoi clienti anche dopo la consegna e ci siamo già sentiti in più di un'occasione per sapere se eravamo soddisfatti del prodotto e soprattutto se ci fossero stati dei problemi.
