Chi mi ha seguito nella scelta è stato chiaro e diretto, il materasso acquistato si sta dimostrando (ad un mese dall'acquisto) un buon prodotto ed il ritardo nella consegna (si trattava di un materasso fuori misura) è stato colmato con la fornitura di un materasso sostitutivo (dopo qualche telefonata!). La scelta di un materasso con cui trascorrere i prossimi 15 o 20 anni è un atto di fede per chiunque non sia un addetto ai lavori ma dopo aver visto molte alternative ho deciso che il rapporto qualità prezzo (percepito al momento dell'acquisto ed ad oggi confermatosi) era certamente il migliore per le mie esigenze. The choice of a mattress with which to spend the next 15 or 20 years is an act of faith for anyone who is not an insider but after seeing many alternatives I decided that the value for money (perceived at the time of purchase and today confirmed) was certainly the best for my needs. I bought a comfort massage mattress.

Penso di andare personalmente a scegliere un materasso da acquistare dato che mi è stato riferito che, anche senza la busta paga, c'è la possibilità di acquistare un ottimo materasso a normativa medica, con pagamento rateizzato in 12 mesi a mezzo bancomat!! Molto molto interessante.. The young lady who gave me information on the phone was very specific and determined !! S	Strizzy 28 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Compro 2 cuscini e, fidandomi della commessa, non controllo i prodotti ma in ogni caso penso che siano di qualità e mi fido. Arrivo a casa, federe rovinate e all'interno i cuscini erano - ai lati - completamente ingialliti. Al negozio rifiutano il reso, non volevo assolutamente un cambio ma non è stato possibile. Assurdo, li ho dovuti cambiare con altro modello che sicuramente non aveva lo stesso costo! Bad experience. I buy 2 cushions and, trusting the order, I don't check the products but in any case I think they are of quality and I trust. I get home, the pillowcases are ruined and the cushions inside were - on the sides - completely yellowed. At the shop they refuse the return, I did not want an exchange at all but it was not possible. Absurd, I had to change them with another model that certainly did not have the same cost!

Noi abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema perché c'era un difetto nel materasso che ci hanno consegnato, ma la signora in questione è stata da subito presente e si è adoperata per effettuare il cambio in tempi strettissimi. Complimenti! The quality of these mattresses is excellent and the professionalism, availability and kindness of Mrs. Aguilera who is in the Corsico shop are truly exceptional. We had a small problem because there was a defect in the mattress that they delivered to us, but the lady in question was immediately present and worked to make the change in a very short time. Compliments!
