★ ★ ★ ★ ★ secondo voi se un cliente vuole compra un cuscino può scegliere come lo preferisce o deve seguire le opinioni del venditore??
E se il cliente sceglie autonomamente potrà avere insieme ai cuscini una busta per riporli e portarli meglio fuor dal negozio fino a casa?? La chiamano professionalità , gentilezza e cortesia per il cliente ..ma è solo teoria..
do you think if a customer wants to buy a pillow can he choose how he prefers it or must follow the seller's opinions ??
And if the customer chooses independently can he have an envelope together with the cushions to store them and bring them better out of the shop to home? They call it professionalism, kindness and courtesy for the customer .. but it's only theory ..

Nel punto vendita abbiamo trovato personale competente e gentile che ci ha saputo indicare la tipologia di materasso adatta alle nostre esigenze. Inoltre la consegna del materasso è del divano è avvenuta in anticipo rispetto ai tempi che ci erano stati comunicati. La qualità dei prodotti è sicuramente elevata visto che per la prima volta mi sono svegliato senza mal di schiena. Se dovessi avere necessità mi rivolgerei sicuramente a loro.
We have just purchased a double mattress and a sofa bed and I must say that I am fully satisfied. In the store we found competent and kind staff who were able to indicate the type of mattress suitable for our needs. Furthermore, the delivery of the mattress and the sofa took place in advance of the times that had been communicated to us. The quality of the products is certainly high since for the first time I woke up with no back pain. If I had any need, I would definitely contact them.
