Luogo un po fuori portata ma assolutamente da visitare se si vogliono assaggiare i veri prodotti caseari pugliesi.
I caciocavalli stagionati in grotta,le ricotte di tutti i tipi ,le scamorze affumicate ,salumi senza conservanti e carne di prima scelta non potranno che deliziarvi.
Il sig.Martino gentilissimo vi accompagnerà nella degustazione,si vede che ama il suo lavoro da come presenta i suoi prodotti.

The caciocavalli seasoned in the cave, the ricotta of all kinds, the smoked scamorza, cured meats without preservatives and first choice meat will only delight you.
Mr. Martin very kind will accompany you in the tasting, you can see that he loves his job from how he presents his products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto una degustazione di gruppo,10 euro a testa per tre pezzetti di formaggio accompagnati da acqua in bocca(il vino lo ha portato il nostro ospite),delusione totale.
Ho messo una stella perché meno non si poteva.
Had a group tasting, 10 euros each for three pieces of cheese accompanied by water in the mouth (the wine was brought by our host), total disappointment.
