★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très belle excursion qui passe notamment par un étonnant bois d'orangers et une promenade en canot pneumatique dans les Gorges du Tibério. Notre guide d'origine française était compétente, sympathique et attentionnée.
 Very nice excursion that includes an amazing orange tree and a ride in the Tiberian Gorges. Our guide of French origin was competent, friendly and attentive.

Superbes couleurs d automne.
Rando facile adaptée à de jeunes enfants.
Très bonne communication et conseils avant la ballade pour adapter le niveau de difficulté à notre famille.

Very pleasant walk in the big trees with Laetitia who taught us a lot of things about these quiet giants, the flora, the fauna and the surrounding villages.
Beautiful fall colors.
Easy hike suitable for young children.
Very good communication and advice before the ride to adapt the level of difficulty to our family.

we did the short hike, it was a lot of fun! Laetitia could tell a lot about flora and fauna. Walk that is fine to do in the summer.

I'd definitely advise you to go Castelbuono on purpose, to meet Mario and Laetitia, which is an adventure per se! And then go with them for some of the great excursions they organise! Both of them and the places we visited were extraordinary. Two unforgettable days spent hiking in the nature and acquiring so much knowledge. The mountain excursions' paths have been adjusted for my mum :) who loved every single moment, and I trust every kids would adore Mario's stories about fading traditions, for doing and for making things, and the agriculture, the bees, the manna, the hunts, how to build in the "old way", to how to grow you own food...
Just go! Too much to say in few words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A top flight nature / hiking experience! Did the full day hike from Castelbuono. 6 hours of hiking in the beautiful Madonie mountains, about 9 km and 400 meters ascent. Guide Laetitia is enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable on everything from birds to trees to insects to geology to - especially - butterflies! Pace was leisurely with breaks to eat, and learn. They included hiking poles and rented me hiking boots - very appreciated. Highly recommended!
