Gli avevo detto se mi dovete chiamare tutti i i giorni dopo le ore 18:00, cosa fanno mi chiamano durante l'orario di lavoro. Poi continuavano ad assillarmi per sapere la risposta del mutuo. Quando io più volte gli ho detto che appena ho la risposta dalla mia broken, li avrei chiamati subito, anche a me interessava ad avere la risposta del mutuo. Trovavano tutte le scuse. Poi mi sento dire dammi il numero della broken che ci parlavano loro. Bene la broken la pago io e non voi. La broken non fa quello che dite voi. Se la banca decide di prendersela con comodo la mia broken non può farci nulla. Non aspettatevi pubblicità da parte mia perché sarà solo ed esclusivamente NEGATIVA Professionalism equal to zero. Abbiamo riscontrato in diverse occasioni poca correttezza nel delineare situazioni e condizioni della compravendita. Perdere la trattativa senza diritto di contrattazione, diritto che ci era stato assicurato più volte da loro stessi, nonostante fossimo stati i primi a consegnare formalmente una proposta in agenzia, è già di per sé assurdo. A ciò va aggiunto che gli acquirenti finali, che ovviamente non siamo noi, hanno concluso la trattativa allo stesso prezzo della nostra proposta. Ci rimane quindi il sospetto che siano state create le condizioni per una sorta di asta piuttosto che per una consona e corretta procedura di valutazione delle proposte. Ma l'aspetto a nostro avviso più grave è l'aver suggerito, senza particolari indugi, di consegnare una proposta priva di clausola di subordinazione al mutuo: suggerimento potenzialmente pericoloso, come poi ci è stato confermato da altre agenzie, consulenti e figure professionali. If you can, avoid having to deal with it.
