Non si presentano agli appuntamenti fissati e tentano di giustificarsi dell'accaduto con scuse veramente banali.
Mi consola il fatto che mai più avrò a che fare con questi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima "avventura" : nonostante la decantata esperienza e presenza decennale sul mercato del titolare dell'agenzia Sig. Donato , si ha sempre l'impressione di avere a che fare con dei giovanotti inesperti .
Scarsa trasparenza , informazioni ricevute fuorvianti, poca correttezza e professionalità : qui l'importante è strappare le firme a tutti i costi, poi chi vivrà vedrà.
Per fortuna siamo riusciti a ritirare la nostra offerta ( corredata da lauto assegno ) e fuggire lontano !
Bad "adventure": despite the vaunted experience and ten-year presence on the market of the agency owner Mr. Donato, one always has the impression of dealing with inexperienced youngsters.
Lack of transparency, misleading information received, lack of correctness and professionalism: here the important thing is to snatch the signatures at all costs, then whoever lives will see.
Luckily we were able to withdraw our offer (accompanied by a large check) and flee far away!

Per la riuscita dell’ottimo lavoro dobbiamo ringraziare Virginia, il cui profilo professionale è avvalorato da efficienza, efficacia, competenza, precisione, disponibilità, pazienza, discrezione, serietà, entusiasmo, passione, cortesia e soprattutto da un’unanimità, ( mai scontata ), che rende il lavoro a misura d’uomo, che fa di un semplice venditore la persona di fiducia capace di condividere e sostenere e, nel mio caso specifico, proteggere, dalle tante insidie / imprevisti che una trattativa può riservare.
Per questo motivo mi sento di dire che sono soddisfatta della scelta fatta e di consigliare anche ad altri questo percorso.

Abbiamo venduto e acquistato , con tutte le difficoltà che già di base rappresenta una trattativa del genere . Il nostro percorso è stato segnato da una serie di eventi personali che ci hanno complicato notevolmente tante cose . E loro, con grande disponibilità , competenze , e non da meno ( perché assolutamente non scontato) con molta sensibilità ed empatia, sono riusciti a risolvere ogni passaggio e portarci al nostro obiettivo con grande serenità .
Un grande elogio quindi a Virginia e Donato , perché ci hanno fatto sentire “a casa” da subito e perché di loro ci si può fidare senza ombra di dubbio .

Si sono dimostrati fin dall' inizio molto professionali e soprattutto pazienti! Del resto l'acquisto di una casa è un passo importante! E nonostante gli svariati appuntamenti alla fine l'abbiamo trovata! Personale giovane e ben preparato. CONSIGLIO!
Ours was a troubled purchase as we had deadlines on everything and above all we had the weeks numbered as by now we had sold the house and the time to leave it was short! From the very beginning they proved to be very professional and above all patient! After all, buying a house is an important step! And despite the various appointments in the end we found it!
