Un appartamento che ci interessava molto. Di solito le agenzie immobiliari chiamano il giorno prima per confermare l'appuntamento. Il giorno precedente...nessuna chiamata. Provo a telefonare. Nessuno risponde. Il giorno dell'appuntamento chiamo di nuovo. Nessuna risposta. Provo un numero di cellulare indicato sul sito. Niente. Ne provo un altro. Risponde il titolare , che mi dice di essere in ferie e che mi fa richiamare dall'ufficio . Vengo contattata da una signorina, che mi dice che il mio appuntamento era stato fissato da un collega che non sapeva che l'ufficio era chiuso per ferie(?), ma che se volevo, potevo cmq visionare l'appartamento, "anche se, signora, sappia che io sono in ferie!". Dopo una mezz'ora vengo ricontattata da un'altra signora che si scusa per il disguido, " ma può capitare", e alla mia perplessità inizia ad alzare la voce (!!!) dicendomi che dovevo capire e accettare le scuse, visto che cmq sono in ferie.... L'appuntamento me lo avete fissato voi, non me lo sono fissato da sola! Non mi interessa l'appartamento, se devo avere a che fare con un'agenzia di siffatta serietà. Buone ferie alla Farnese. I try a mobile number indicated on the site. Nothing. I try another one. The owner answers, telling me he is on vacation and making me call back from the office. I am contacted by a young lady, who tells me that my appointment was set by a colleague who did not know that the office was closed for holidays (?), But that if I wanted, I could see the apartment, "even if, lady, know that I'm on vacation! ". After half an hour I am contacted by another lady who apologizes for the inconvenience, "but it can happen", and to my perplexity she starts to raise her voice (!!!) telling me that I had to understand and accept the apology, since cmq I'm on vacation .... You set the appointment for me, I didn't set it alone! I don't care about the apartment, if I have to deal with such a serious agency. Happy holidays at the Farnese.
m	marisa mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho purtroppo avuto a che fare con il titolare, un cafone di prima categoria! mai conosciuto una persona con tale arroganza! appena si entra in ufficio c'è un odore pesantissimo di fumo e lui che fuma come se fosse normale , è da denuncia!!! le due ragazze che lavorano li sono di una estrema educazione e gentilezza che mi chiedo come facciamo a sopportare una persona come il loro titolare . Dicono che siamo stati contattati dalla segretaria, ma noi sul cellulare non abbiamo avuto chiamate perse... Poi volevano raggiungerci, dopo averci fatto perdere già abbastanza tempo, NO grazie... Alla fine gli abbiamo detto d lasciare stare che è meglio!!! Povera gente che affida a loro le loro proprietà, farete dei grandi affari!!! Peccato xké la casa che volevamo visionare era interessante.
