Infatti la lievitazione esterna non la fa lievitare dentro la pancia e il giorno dopo peso come prima. Gli ingredienti di farcitura sono tutti di ottima qualità. Ogni pizza é un capolavoro di gusti. Le ho provate quasi tutte, dalle tradizionali alle speciali. Il pizzaiolo é rinomato per i suoi riconoscimenti nazionali essendo anche il pizzaiolo del festival di Sanremo. In sintesi Professionalità e cortesia. La consiglio anche per chi ha intolleranza. Best pizza ever eaten. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto 9/4/22. La pizza la sanno fare veramente bene, ottimo l’impasto e gli ingredienti sono di alta qualità...complimenti ?? Come ristorante credo di aver assaggiato un po’ di tutto, buoni gli antipasti e devo dire che i primi sono buoni e preparati con cura.. Anche i secondi di pesce non mi dispiacciono...tutto sommato è un bel servizio. L’ambiente è a conduzione familiare e questo ti fa sentire un po’ come a casa ?? Cmq un locale da provare ?? Good restaurant and pizzeria located behind the glorious Giordano theater in Foggia. The pizza can do really well, the dough is excellent and the ingredients are of high quality ... congratulations imenti As a restaurant I think I have tasted a bit of everything, good appetizers and I must say that the first ones are good and prepared with care .. I also don't mind the second courses of fish ... all in all it's a nice service. The environment is family-run and this makes you feel a little like home ?? Anyway a place to try ??
