Un ora e mezza nove euro, niente scontrino. Anche questo in linea con le altre recensioni. Non ci tornerò più. The elderly valet was very rude, I confirm the other reviews, the young one was kind. Riconsegna veloce dell'auto. Quando faccio presente che secondo me l'importo è obiettivamente esagerato, mi rispondono male, indicando i cartelli delle tariffe. Per pagare c'è scritto che non accettano carte di credito, ma poi in realtà neanche il bancomat (siamo ne 2022!), solo soldi cash e non mi hanno dato una ricevuta. L’addetto al parcheggio a cui ho lasciato le chiavi l’ha parcheggiata in un posto a dir poco angusto graffiando la carrozzeria (era evidente dalla vernice bianca della colonna rimasta sulla carrozzeria). Ho chiamato per chiedere spiegazioni e non solo non mi hanno nemmeno chiesto scusa per l’accaduto ma mi è stato espressamente detto che avrei dovuto controllare l’auto al ritiro, in pratica ho pagato per farmi graffiare la macchina. È un posto di criminali…state alla larga! On Friday 4 February 2022 I left my new car in this parking lot, the next day I found it with the side completely scratched. Il personale molto maleducato. Pagamento solo CONTANTI! e senza RICEVUTA... Confermo tutte le altre recensioni negative. Non andate lì, sono ladri!!!
