★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben uns online Tickets gebucht aber Nicht wie angekündigt einen Plan von Venedig erhalten und Getränke (Wasser) wurde auch nicht gereicht...Hinfahrt war okay aber Rückfahrt echt übel...als würde corona nicht mehr existenz sein...keine Masken auf und komplett voll...es würde überhaupt nicht für ernst genommen das thema...sry ging garnicht.
 We booked tickets online but did not receive a plan from Venice as announced and drinks (water) were also not enough ... outward journey was okay but return journey was really bad ... as if corona would no longer exist ... no masks on and completely full ... it would not be taken seriously at all ... sry was not at all.

Die sagen, dass es in 10min los geht, die haben uns bei 40 grad in der Sonne 30min länger warten lassen.
Während der Fahrt steht man in einer Riesen Dieselwolke.
Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Teil der Crew ist schon mittags betrunken.
Take the train next door. Is cheaper, FASTER, more relaxed!
They say that it starts in 10 minutes, they made us wait 30 minutes longer at 40 degrees in the sun.
While driving you stand in a huge diesel cloud.

Изначально из порта в Венецию нас перевёз большой кораблик с одноимённым названием Marco Polo. На группу примерно в 20 человек он был даже большой)). Доставка туда и обратно 20 евро с человека. Но мы взяли ещё отдельную экскурсию по Большому каналу за 35 евро с человека, но уже на катере. Это очень красиво!

I bought a round trip in advance. When returning they sent us from pier to pier, but boat didn't went our way. So extremely disorganized system I haven't seen before. We ended up with an official public boat.

They will catch you on the way from the parking space. You will think that this is a good idea but it is not. They promise to take you to San Marco place but you will have to walk there quiet a long way - 500 meters. The guys look unpleasant and creepy. And the boat stinks!
Public transport is more reliable and convenient and it is just at the end of the pier.
