Made to pay dearly for transfer Naples Ischia, sold as an individual and then carried out as a collective service instead. Rudeness to my complaint and no response to my partial refund request. This is not the case with customers.

Trip to Ischia with bus transfer. No control present, total absence of communication from the agency (even a simple small SMS) as my old agency always did. Hallucinating bus trip. not to be repeated. I will no longer use this provider.
