Non ha neppure provato a trovare una soluzione alle nostre richieste, ha cercato subito di chiudere la conversazione per liberarsene. Cosa piu importante, l'EDUCAZIONE. Grazie ad un piccolo imprevisto avvenuto in vacanza abbiamo scoperto che il pacchetto vendutoci era assente di assicurazione medica. A quanto pare neanche il personale che ha proposto ed in seguito vendutoci il pacchetto non ne era a conoscenza. Assurdo! Non ci hanno contattato per scusarsi del loro errore e della loro poca conoscenza dei tour operetor con i quali collaborano, ma bensì per informarci che non avremmo avuto rimborso. Sono sicura della loro non conoscenza del pacchetto vacanza, visto che sono stati loro stessi a dirci di andare dal medico e che ci avrebbero tranquillamente rimborsato. Not bad holiday ... M	Mara Centurelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in questa agenzia chiedendo dei preventivi per le mie vacanze estive dal 01 al 14 luglio metà da destinarsi, badget illimitato,la signora che era presente in agenzia senza un mezzo sorriso mi dice che le partenze sono di sabato i pacchetti da 7 o 14 notti che per le mie date non riesce a trovarmi niente (senza nemmeno fare la finta di controllare).Decido di andare in un altra agenzia e ne esco con 10 proposte viaggio. A voi tirare una conclusione!!!!!!!!!
