★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattamento arrogante ed egoista, una pessima esperienza. È inutile parlare con loro. Le extension sono durate un mese, UN MESE. Ma naturalmente è impossibile che sia colpa loro, secondo loro è sempre stato tutto perfetto e danno la colpa alla cattiva manutenzione del cliente. Dal primo giorno hanno causato un mal di testa, ma "passerà". Chiedo un po' di umiltà e di saper riconoscere gli errori, o almeno di poter credere nella VERITÀ, non esiste una sola versione dei fatti.
Arrogant and selfish treatment, a very bad experience. It is useless to talk to them. The extensions lasted one month, ONE MONTH. But of course it is impossible that it is their fault, according to them everything has always been perfect and they blame poor customer maintenance. From day one they caused a headache, but it will "pass". I ask for a bit of humility and to be able to recognize errors, or at least to be able to believe in the TRUTH, there is no single version of the facts.
