Dopo un aggiornamento del satellite mi sono ritrovato i cristalli liquidi del televisore rotti. I titolari non si sono assunti alcuna responsabilità del disservizio (danno materiale)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stato effettuato un intervento di controllo infiltrazioni e aggiornamento decoder del mio camper. Il giorno del ritiro mi sono accorta che non erano stati incastrati bene dei righini e l’ho fatto notare all’operaio che mi ha risposto che mi sbagliavo. Mentre sono salita nel loro shop per degli acquisti hanno deciso di incastrarli bene e al mio ritorno li ho trovati che armeggiavano. L’accaduto a dir la verità mi ha lasciata perplessa. Ma il fatto più grave è stato che non ho pensato di richiedere prima di portare via il camper il controllo decoder e tv. Pertanto , una volta ritornata a casa e solo dopo qualche settimana mi sono accorta che il televisore era rotto, chi aveva eseguito l’intervento, nella manovra di rimetterlo nella custodia aveva rotto i cristalli.. Per risposta mi è stato detto che era troppo tardi era passato quasi un mese. Se volevo potevo comprarne un altro nel loro shop?. No grazie. Gentilissimo proprietario, gentilissimi operai lo sapete benissimo ciò che è successo e sopratutto quando il camper è stato ritirato non abbiamo controllato il decoder e quindi la tv. Vi ringrazio tantissimo per il danno arrecatomi e se permettete la tv nuova la compro dove mi pare. A mai più.

In response I was told that it was too late almost a month had passed. If I wanted, I could buy another one in their shop?. No thank you. Dear owner, very kind workers, you know very well what happened and especially when the camper was collected we did not check the decoder and therefore the TV. Thank you very much for the damage done to me and if you allow the new TV I will buy it wherever I want. To never again.

Caddy,rendendolo un mini van che mi permettesse l'uso misto tra lavoro e vivibilità, in quanto dovendo star fuori casa 5 giorni su 7, ho l'esigenza di viverci su e quindi cercavo una soluzione comoda. Parlando con Davide, ed esponendogli l'idea che avevo in testa, mi ha illustrato al meglio quello che si poteva realizzare per ottimizzare gli spazi, la vivibilità, le necessità primarie e gli accessori più utili da inserire nella cifra stimata come budget che gli avevo esposto. L'azienda ha un personale fantastico, ti fanno sentire come a casa ogni qualvolta ho bisogno di loro e mi reco al loro store. Alessandro, super, lui segue gran parte dei lavori sul mio van, sempre disponibile, cortese e pronto a trovare soluzioni al mio problema, oltre che ad essere molto attento a lavorare come se il mezzo fosse suo, passione pura in ciò che fa nonostante sia un dipendente e non il titolare, qualità veramente non scontata da trovare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho incontrati per caso lungo la strada verso casa. Sono andato a visitarli ed ho trovato nelle ragazze al negozio grandissima cortesia e competenza. Il negozio è superfornito di prodotti validi e a prezzi concorrenziali. Poi ho visitato il loro sito e ho visto che "razza" di lavori hanno fatto, su camper disastrati e ho deciso di affidare il mio bimbone (un meraviglioso Laika ecovip 1995) alle loro mani. E devo dire che si sono dimostrati seri, competenti e professionali. Una menzione speciale per Alessandro, che ha seguito i lavori e che ha risposto ad alcuni quesiti anche in vacanza. Grandi, continuate così!
I met them by chance on the way home. I went to visit them and I found great courtesy and competence in the girls at the shop. The shop is super-stocked with valid products at competitive prices. Then I visited their site and saw what a "race" of jobs they did, on wrecked campers and I decided to entrust my little boy (a wonderful Laika ecovip 1995) to their hands.
