We want thank you to the company ROPA i Bologna for helping us by the fault with our CAMPER.
During our holiday in Italy at the end of September we found out that gas is not working in our CAMPER.
We turned to the staff of ROPA company for help us. Willingly helped us Mr. Alessandro Carella, who found the cause of the fault and he exchanged us the broken part. We bought the defective part in an adjoining shop with accessories for CAMPERS.
We also thank another ROPA employee speaking English who has called for us the Mr. Carella.
We are very satisfied with the ROPA company.
Although it is not a service of CAMPER but only a CAMPER shop, its staff have come to the maximum to meet and solve our problem with CAMPER.
And this way they saved us our nice holiday in Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our water pump decided to quite the service. Luckily we found good help at the Ropa Center. They didn’t have the same model, but one that fits and is functional.
The exchange was quickly done and we could continue our holiday.
There is as well a camping market with spare parts and camping utilities if you need anything else.
And as well on guy how speaks English

You have hot shower and electricity for reasonable daily fee.
