Maestri seri, validi e simpatici; si lavora tanto con allenamenti duri, intensi e divertenti... Come giusto che sia per una vera palestra di pugilato, NB: tutte le volte che finisco lezione ed esco di li, dopo poche ore mi manca la palestra e non vedo l'ora di ricominciare ad allenarmi... Questo per dirvi di come questa palestra riesca a trasmettere passione e dei valori che molte altre non riescano a fare. L'indomani al lavoro mi capita spesso di ripensare a tutto allenamento svolto, con la voce del maestro che mi rimbomba ancora nelle orecchie a ritmo di interval... Spero solo in questa palestra di riuscire a migliorare caratterialmente, migliorarando con il tempo anche la mia tecnica pugilistica, dato che devo ancora crescere tanto da quel punto... non pretendo di diventare campione del mondo, anche perchè non avrei le credenziali per diventare ciò, ma almeno togliermi qualche soddisfazione... come disputare qualche incontro, provando l'emozione di salire in un vero ring con il mio avversario, giudici, arbitro e pubblico mettendoci la faccia perchè no? Altri conoscenti, mediamente esperti del settore mi hanno fatto buone recensioni. All'unanimità i pregi sottolineati sono la professionalità, la disponibilità degli orari, e non per ultimo la pulizia dei locali/attrezzature. A breve verrò ad iscrivermi. Da commerciante, mi chiedo perché Cane Mascherato e simili debbano scrivere recensioni tali,fuorvianti e dannose per l'immagine di gente che lavora cercando di fare del proprio meglio. Poi ovviamente tra i nomi dello staff non ho letto Mike Tyson, però ho letto le qualifiche del personale, e personalmente non mi permetterei di giudicare mediocre chi raggiunge certi titoli. Palestra eccellente, ben attrezzata e con istruttori esperti e tecnicamente preparati. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione con cui insegnano questo sport ed infatti è l'unica palestra che io abbia frequentato in cui tanto l'agonista quanto l'amatore ricevono lo stesso tipo di dedizione. Sessioni di allenamento con circuiti, Tabata , sparring e soprattutto con almeno 1 coach che verifica l’esecuzione delle attività. Professionali e preparati. Io mi alleno con il Maestro Benoit, devo dire che non ho mai toccato con mano, in tanti anni di thay-mma-pugilato, un maestro di pugilato così attento ai minimi particolari durante tutta l'ora di allenamento. Palestra top , Benoit eccezionale. Complimenti Excellent gym, but above all exceptional instructors. My 3 kids all train from Manno boxing club, who thay who boxing.
