S	Salvo Casto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un Ecg in 20 min faccio tutto. MAGNIFICO! Appena arrivo a casa, non abito proprio a 2 passi, mi chiamano per informarmi che l'esito consegnato non è il mio. Dico che sarei andato per sostituirlo. Dopo un paio d'ore mi richiamano, altra persona, per lo stesso problema... (!?). Nel pomeriggio vado e mi sostituiscono il foglio, che tra l'altro riporta dei dati di fantasia che io avrei riferito al cardiologo, se non che l'unica cosa che mi ha detto il cardiologo consegnandomi la cartella in sala d'attesa è stata: "Tenga, buongiorno", al quale ho risposto: "grazie dottore, buongiorno". Problema risolto. Peccato che non abbia nemmeno ricevuto un: "Ci scusi. Grazie". Pazienza. A distanza di 3 giorni mi richiamano per sollecitarmi ad andare a sostituire il documento sbagliato..."Ma sono già venuto!" Qualche considerazione: Mi consegnano dati SENSIBILI di un'altra persona: va be', può capitare (preciso che prima e dopo di me in attesa per L'ECO non c'era nessuno e il medico non era in affanno). E chiedermi di stracciare il foglio sbagliato, mandandomi per e mail il mio evitandomi di correre due volte per un loro errore? Mi hanno chiamato in 3, prima e dopo la sostituzione del documento... ma si parlano? Cercherò di evitare questo centro in futuro. For an Ecg in 20 min I do everything. MAGNIFICENT! Problem solved. Too bad he didn't even get a: "Excuse us. Thank you." Patience. After 3 days they call me back to ask me to go and replace the wrong document ... "But I've already come!" Some considerations: They give me SENSITIVE data of another person: okay, it can happen (I specify that before and after me there was no one waiting for ECO and the doctor was not in trouble). And ask me to tear up the wrong sheet, e-mail me mine and avoid running twice for their mistake? They called me in 3, before and after the replacement of the document ... but do they talk to each other? I will try to avoid this center in the future.

Nel complesso il centro è pulito ma manca di organizzazione e personale; 10gg di terapia di cui 8gg con 1 dottore e altri 2gg con ben 2 dottori diversi......sono sempre in ritardo di almeno 5 minuti che poi vengono tolti dal tuo tempo di terapia(solo l'ultima dottoressa è stata puntuale, Silvia C.)...sono davvero SOTTODIMENSIONATI per le richieste che hanno e per una "visita" fisiatrica di 2minuti, bisogna aspettare minimo una settimana! Purtroppo alcuni dottori sono davvero strafottenti...a me è andata bene (solo 1 su 3). Che dire...sto cercando nonostante tutto di prenotare il secondo ciclo di fisio (solo perché è vicino casa e perché l'Inail paga al posto mio) e questa volta proverò almeno a richiedere il dottore che mi è sembrato migliore...vedremo se almeno in questo mi accontenteranno!! P.S. dovessi pagare di tasca mia non sceglierei più questo centro. Secretary at the entrance not courteous and irritating !!! Overall, the center is clean but lacks organization and staff; 10 days of therapy of which 8 days with 1 doctor and another 2 days with 2 different doctors ... I am always late by at least 5 minutes which are then removed from your therapy time (only the last doctor was on time, Silvia C.) ... they are really UNDER-SIZED for the requests they have and for a 2-minute physiatric "visit", you have to wait at least a week! Unfortunately some doctors are really arrogant ... it went well for me (only 1 out of 3). What can I say ... despite everything I am trying to book the second cycle of physio (only because it is close to home and because Inail pays for me) and this time I will at least try to request the doctor who seemed better to me ... we will see if at least in this they will satisfy me !! P.S. if I had to pay out of my own pocket, I would no longer choose this center.

Un plauso all' ottimo fisioterapista Mariano e complimenti al giovanissimo e bravissimo Luca che lo ha sostituito durante le ferie! Consiglio questo ottimo centro a tutti! I fisioterapisti sono giovani e simpatici, le sedute durano 30 min ciascuna e si svolgono ogni giorno fino al completamento della terapia. Unica pecca, bisogna prenotare con largo anticipo le proprie sedute perché i posti disponibili tendono a esaurirsi in fretta. I am attending the PKT for physiotherapy sessions following a cruciate ligament surgery. The physiotherapists are young and friendly, the sessions last 30 minutes each and take place every day until the therapy is completed. The only flaw, you have to book your sessions well in advance because the available seats tend to run out quickly.
C	Claudia Cla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a fare una visita fisiatra ...la dottoressa molto disponibile e soprattutto ha capito subito il problema ora di prenotare la fisioterapia mi sono recata in segreteria...gentilissime e molto disponibili trovato la soluzione sicuramente più comoda per me ....il fisioterapista davvero molto professionale... preparatissimo e super gentile ...sempre con jl sorriso questo vale per tutti quelli che lavorano in questa clinica ...grazie a tutti !!! La segretaria all'accettazione e successivamente la dottoressa sono state poco professionali e discriminatorie nei miei confronti e in quelli del mio parente. Fino ad ora, mai mi era capitato di essere maltrattata per una scelta sociale e culturale che nulla aveva a che vedere con la visita. Noi (io e il mio parente), sicuramente non torneremo mai più in questo centro e lo sconsiglierò ad amici e familiari. I went to the Pkt center a few days ago to accompany a relative to a physiatric examination. The reception secretary and subsequently the doctor were unprofessional and discriminatory towards me and those of my relative. Until now, I had never been abused for a social and cultural choice that had nothing to do with the visit. We (me and my relative), will certainly never return to this center and I will advise against it to friends and family.
