Segnalato un problema ad un materasso ancora in garanzia, mi rispondono le stesse cose scritte sul libretto.
Riscrivo chiedendo delucidazioni su come fare operare la garanzia, ma nessuno mi risponde
Dopo una settimana telefono, ma sono tutti impegnati in fiera e non riescono a darmi udienza, assicurandomi però che avrebbero chiamato in un paio di giorni.
Passano 10 giorni e non si è fatto vivo nessuno.
Riscrivo dicendogli cosa penso di loro … non hanno nemmeno avuto il coraggio di mandare una mail di scuse.
Inqualificabili.
Sappiate che se il vostro materasso presenterà dei problemi, non rivedrete mai più i vostri soldi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un materasso Falomo matrimoniale, purtroppo alcuni dettagli come la cerniera si sono rivelati di bassa qualitá, e poco dopo l'acquisto si è rotta, ora mi ritrovo a dormire ormai da tempo con metá rivestimento del materasso staccato, sinceramente cambiare materasso per una cerniera mi scoccia visto il prezzo del materasso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li consiglio a tutti! I miei genitori hanno il karat de luxe da 15 anni, ancora perfetto, in famiglia viene chiamato il materasso magico che ti fa addormentare appena ti sdrai. Io il mio karat de luxe ce l'ho ormai da 10 anni, come nuovo! Premetto che ho la scogliosi e prima di questo materasso mi svegliavo OGNI GIORNO con il mal di schiena, fenomeno che ormai è solo un ricordo! Lo amo e lo comprerei anche se costasse il doppio! La mia salute e il vivere senza mal di schiena vale questo ed altro!
I recommend them to everyone! My parents have had karat de luxe for 15 years, still perfect, in the family it is called the magic mattress that makes you fall asleep as soon as you lie down. I've had my karat de luxe for 10 years now, like new! I state that I have scoliosis and before this mattress I woke up EVERY DAY with back pain, a phenomenon that is now only a memory! I love it and would buy it even if it cost double! My health and living without back pain is worth this and more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you live in Italy and are in need of an excellent mattress Falomo should be your first and last choice. I have a double mattress purchased at least twelve years ago. At least. It still feels brand new. When I needed a new single mattress, Falomo was my first choice. Because of the pandemic I couldn't go to a store, so I ordered online. Unfortunately, the level of support that I ordered turned out to be too soft for me. My fault, however. The word "rigidita" in Italian made me think of a board, so I ordered the one in the middle. When I contacted the company they couldn't have been more helpful. Eventually the situation was resolved when they made me (made me!!!) a special topper that has turned out to be perfect, turning my too soft mattress into a different mattress altogether at no extra cost to me.
I can't recommend this company highly enough. If you think the prices are too high, think again. Buying a mattress involves a huge decision, even more so when buying blind online. I can't recall now how much my double mattress cost all those years ago, but considering it's like new after 12 years it has turned out to be a bargain. The general advice (I think) for replacing a mattress is 7 or 8 years, so 12 years and counting goes way beyond the norm.
All of their mattresses are made by hand. The company is very trustworthy and these days, that quality is rare.
Definitely recommend Falomo!
