L'assistenza non rispondono ne a mail ne al telefono.. . Se potete evitate! Firm with seriousness equal to ZERO ... mattress of a few months defective. La scelta di un materasso è una cosa importante, visto le ore che viene sfruttato, ci vorrebbero persone un po' più preparate e non solo interessate a fare una vendita per ottenere una provvigione... E	Eloise Di discordia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E veramente assurdo che un'azienda leader nel settore dei materassi con pubblicità e chiamate avvolte incesivamente invadenti si riveli poi essere un'azienda con uno scarsissimo e ripeto scarsissimo livello di serietà e qualità del servizio offerto, materasso consegnato in un cellofan quasi anonimo, consegnato da personale paragonabile ad un rifiuto domestico, personale sprovvisto di eventuali resti impossibilità di pagamento con il pos , materasso consegnato sporco e rovinato il tutto documentato con foto in allegato alla mail di segnalazione a cui non c'è stato nessun tipo di interessamento dal servizio cliente , anzi mi preme di sottolineare a chi si avvale di questa azienda di fare attenzione alle chiamate perché fanno uno squillo e riagganciano come se avessero telefonato. Per ultimo il materasso da noi acquistato non è quello in promozione ma pagato profumatamente 456€ .sconsiglio vivamente se potessi chiederei il rimborso e mi rivolgerei altrove . Oggi ci siamo recati, da Trieste, in questo showroom col preciso intento di acquistare un materasso, una volta entrati la commessa ci riprendeva dicendoci che non si poteva entrare in quanto c'erano già dentro quattro persone, e ci indicava di attendere vicino l'area di attesa dove erano già sedute due persone, siamo rimasti stupiti perché il negozio avrà avuto perlomeno 800mq. Timidamente abbiamo provato a guardare i prezzi dei materassi esposti, ma la commessa ci rimproverava che non si poteva girare per il negozio! Irritati e non capendo le regole del negozio, visto che le normative covid prevedono una distanza interpersonale di un metro e vista la metratura capiente del negozio, abbiamo preferito andare via per non creare polemiche. Abbiamo acquistato l'offerta che prevede il materasso ergonomico a molle con letto gioia. La foto mostra un letto completo con relativa testiera. Abbiamo pagato in anticipo con carta di credito poiché era l'unica modalità prevista! Bene, il letto che ci è stato consegnato prevede nelle istruzioni che la testiera a fissata al muro. Da nessuna parte c'è questa informazione e la figura sul sito mostra un letto con testiera montata senza muro. Chiamato il centralino, la persona scortese ci ha trattati malissimo adducendo che saremo stati contattati dal sevizio clienti. Due giorni e ancora nessuna chiamata. Che si dica quello che si vuole ma quando in foto vedo un prodotto diverso da quello che mi viene consegnato, la cosa merita di essere segnalata alle autorità ed è ciò che faremo. d	damiano mig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premessa: la recensione in oggetto è riferita genericamente alla Eminflex e non specificatamente ad un punto vendita (acquisto negoziato telefonicamente) A) Materasso consegnato con 2 giorni di ritardo, faccio presente che non hanno nemmeno avvisato che non avrebbero rispettato il giorno di consegna prestabilito (ho dovuto chiamare io per capire quando sarebbero passati) B) Materasso lasciato appoggiato al divano in cucina, perché fare 1 metro in più e lasciarlo sopra il letto costava troppo tempo ...
