Già ai tempi scrissi recensione positiva e oggi, a distanza del tempo segnalato a inizio recensione, sono non solo a confermare la bontà del prodotto ma anche la qualità dell'assistenza. Gabriele (il titolare) è stato disponibile e gentilissimo nell'aiutarmi telefonicamente con un piccolo problema al frigo. Sono un venditore anche io e sottolineo sempre che è il post vendita, la parte difficile. Grossi complimenti e, se mi capiterà di comprare qualche altro elettrodomestico, ho il mio riferimento in Burex.
18 months ago, I bought a built-in refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Great products, all Electrolux. Obviously, super competitive price. Already at the time I wrote a positive review and today, after the time reported at the beginning of the review, I am not only confirming the goodness of the product but also the quality of the assistance. Gabriele (the owner) was helpful and very kind in helping me by phone with a small problem with the fridge. I am a salesman too and I always stress that it is the after sales, the difficult part. Big compliments and, if I happen to buy any other appliances, I have my reference in Burex.
