★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a questa struttura in regime di libera professione (Quindi PAGANDO) per la mia gravidanza con la certezza di affidarmi al migliore specialista in diagnosi prenatale vista la familiarità con patologie genetiche. Da più di due settimane il professionista, che doveva darmi dei riscontri in merito ad accertamenti diagnostici da eseguire, non si rende reperibile! Non risponde alle mail e non c'è modo di rintracciarlo telefonicamente. Esperienza profondamente deludente!!!!
 I turned to this structure as a freelance (therefore PAYING) for my pregnancy with the certainty of relying on the best specialist in prenatal diagnosis given the familiarity with genetic pathologies. For more than two weeks, the professional, who had to give me feedback on the diagnostic tests to be performed, has not been available! He does not respond to emails and there is no way to track him by phone. Deeply disappointing experience !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è davvero fatiscente, ci sono andato per un ECG HOLTER e quando l'hanno installato al mattino in 5 minuti mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto riportare la macchina entro le ore 8 del mattino seguente e senza comunicarmi che l'esito si ritira solo di persona e che non si può scaricarlo on line o riceverlo per posta. Abitando a 37 Km di distanza, mi ha creato parecchi problemi oltre al fatto che gli ho portato una copia del pagamento dell'esame in quanto hanno perso la mia impegnativa e relativa fattura. I medici sono molto disponibili così come le persone che lavorano in reparto con i bimbi. Il referto poi è stato consegnato, come da prassi, al mattino in portineria dalla segretaria del reparto in quanto alle 18:30 non ci sarebbe stato nessuno per consegnarmelo e la persona in portineria, con cui ho avuto a che fare, si è dimostrato davvero indisponente e atta solo a scaldare la sedia su cui è stato comodamente sdraiato fino a che dopo, avermi indirizzato al policlinico dall'altra parte della strada e poi in reparto ho trovato un medico che stava andando a casa che gentilissimo, dopo aver cercato il referto negli uffici chiusi e sentito al telefono varie persone, è sceso con me per chiedergli la busta col referto lasciatagli e magicamente, si è alzato e .. l'ha trovata immediatamente!
Davvero una gran bella accoglienza!
Complimenti al "Signore" della portineria.
Comunque, vista l'elevata utenza, sicuramente sarà un ospedale di grande livello ... a parte certe sgradevolissime persone che nulla hanno a che fare con l'arte medica!

The doctors are very helpful as well as the people who work in the ward with the children. The report was then delivered, as usual, in the morning to the concierge by the ward secretary as at 18:30 there would be no one to deliver it to me and the person at the concierge, with whom I had to deal, proved to be really irritating and only able to warm the chair on which he was comfortably lying until after, having directed me to the polyclinic across the street and then in the ward I found a doctor who was going home who was very kind, after looking for the report in the closed offices and heard various people on the phone, he came down with me to ask him for the envelope with the report left him and magically, he got up and .. he found it immediately!

Esperienza di parto pessima. Ostetrica non si accorge dopo 22 ore di travaglio che la bimba non è in posizione ottimale per uscire con parto naturale. Grazie a Dio alla fine è arrivato un ginecologo che ha deciso immediatamente per un cesareo di urgenza.
Nido fatiscente...bambini ammassati tipo parcheggio auto senza strisce.
Stanze in puerperio con bagno senza bidè e fasciatoio. La zona del reparto "vecchia" non ha il riscaldamento adeguato ed i bambini sono costretti a sbalzi termici incredibili. Puericultrici disumane ed arroganti che trattano le pazienti con superficialità... Ostetriche in reparto invece brave e competenti. Nessun supporto post parto o per allattamento.

Dilapidated nest ... children crammed together like a car park without stripes.
Puerperium rooms with bathroom without bidet and changing table. The area of the "old" ward does not have adequate heating and the children are forced to incredible temperature changes. Inhuman and arrogant nurses who treat patients with superficiality ... Midwives in the ward, on the other hand, are good and competent. No postpartum or breastfeeding support.

Personale gentile, ma alcuni medici superficiali e incompetenti.
Avevo uno storia clinica particolare. Hanno sottovalutato tutto creandoci non pochi problemi che si sarebbero potuti evitare. Solo tre mesi dopo il parto abbiamo iniziato a stare bene.
Inoltre nessun supporto in puerperio per allattamento, bagno del neonato, gestione ferita del cesareo, ecc. Corso preparto inutile.
Ah dimessi dopo 24h nonostante il quadro clinico della mia bimba non fosse stabile perché dovevano ristrutturare le stanze.

Scrivono di loro che ti assistono in ogni momento della gravidanza e sono sempre disponibili telefonicamente per qualsiasi esigenza e invece è più di un mese che non risponde nessuno al telefono!! Non si può prenotare nessuna visita o chiedere informazioni se non sul posto.
Assistenza zero!! Vergognoso!!
Tra l'altro ho scoperto per caso da una dottoressa che una visita doveva essere prenotata direttamente in ospedale e non al consultorio. Ma ovviamente al consultorio non sapevano nulla di questo!!! Segreteria vergognosa.
Nulla da dire invece sulle dottoresse che ho incontrato, preparate e disponibili.
