Il menù offre oltre alla classica formula All You Can Eat anche la possibilità di consumare alla carta. Le materie prime e gli accostamenti sono impeccabili, tanto da non invidiare nulla ad un sushi alla carta. Il locale, moderno e ben arredato, ha una bellissima sala esterna coperta, illuminata da luci calde e decorata con dei coloratissimi rampicanti, e rispetta anche con molta attenzione le regole Covid. Veniamo al cibo. La cosa che più ci ha colpito è la presenza dell’orata, un pesce difficile da trovare soprattutto in un All You Can Eat. Gustosissimi il BUFALA ROLL (Salmone, avocado, burrata di bufala, gambero crudo, riduzione di midori e terra d’oliva) e l’URAMAKI TIGER (Gambero in tempura, salmone, mayo, ikira e salsa teriyaki). Consigliamo Mana Sushi non solo per l’estrema qualità e varietà degli ingredienti e per le eccellenti preparazioni, ma anche per l’accoglienza del locale e dello staff. La terrazza esterna è l’ideale per festeggiare qualche ricorrenza, o semplicemente per dare il benvenuto alla bella stagione con un buon sushi.
