★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono da tempo cliente e la qualità delle piadine non è in discussione. Non si può dire altrettanto del servizio. Se si propone la versione a rotolo della piadina con una maggiorazione di 1,50 in più non si può poi dare al cliente il prodotto classico. Una volta chiesto se c’era stato un’errore la piadina è stata presa, arrotolata, e servita di nuovo stavolta senza neanche il vassoio e inoltre senza la salsa cocktail all’interno che è un ingrediente base della piadina richiesta. Gli errori possono esserci, la presa in giro no. Inoltre nell’orario in cui ho consumato il pasto non c’era neanche troppa clientela quindi assolutamente ingiustificata la disattenzione. Per chi non ne è a conoscenza il rotolo ha il 50%in più di farcitura. Se si fa pagare di più si deve dare anche quel che si propone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ci fermo spesso perché mi muovo molto col treno per lavoro e posso dire che è un ottimo posto dove rifocillarsi e aspettare l'orario di partenza del treno. Ottime piadine e ottimo team. Sono tutti molto cordiali e disponibili offrendo oltre al cibo anche comfort e simpatia.
I often stopped there because I move a lot with the train to work and I can say it is a great place to refresh and wait for the departure time of the train. Excellent wraps and excellent team. They are all very friendly and helpful offering besides food also comfort and sympathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più! Sono da tempo cliente della catena e la qualità delle piadine non è da mettere in discussione. Non si può dire altrettanto del servizio. Non esiste che la stessa persona che mi ha fatto pagare, toccando soldi e bancomat di altri clienti mi prepari la piadina senza nemmeno l'utilizzo dei guanti e per lo più toccandosi il naso (per lo più con la mascherina abbassata tutte e due i dipendenti). Non ho detto nulla ma Sicuramente non mi fermerò più a prenderla visto che sempre la ragazza con gli occhiali un po' in carne, me l'ha anche lanciata sul bancone senza nemmeno salutare o ringraziare. A mai più!
Never again! I have been a customer of the chain for a long time and the quality of the wraps is not to be questioned. The same cannot be said of the service. The same person who made me pay does not exist that the same person who made me pay, by touching other customers' money and ATMs, prepares me the piadina without even using gloves and mostly by touching my nose (mostly with the mask lowered both employees ). I didn't say anything but I will certainly never stop to pick it up since the girl with glasses always a bit chubby also threw it on the counter without even saying hello or thanking. To never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale all'interno della Stazione Tiburtina, purtroppo un po' nascosto perché si trova in fondo in fondo al piano dove si accede ai binari! Non l'ho mai trovato affollato, cosa che mi piace molto, soprattutto di questi tempi. Ci sono tanti tavolini, anche singoli, dove potersi sedere e mangiare in tranquillità. Principalmente io ci vado per la colazione o la merenda, fanno infatti un buon cappuccino e ci sono tanti dolcetti tra cui poter scegliere, consigliato il ciambellone ?
Volendo si può prendere anche il cappuccino da asporto!
Local inside the Tiburtina Station, unfortunately a bit hidden because it is located at the bottom of the floor where you access the tracks! I've never found it crowded, which I really like, especially these days. There are many tables, even single ones, where you can sit and eat in peace. Mainly I go there for breakfast or a snack, in fact they make a good cappuccino and there are many sweets to choose from, recommended the donut ?
If you want you can also take the cappuccino to take away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che lo provo, devo dire due piadine prese e arrivare nei tempi giusti…Bella la scelta sia di poterla creare in base ai propri gusti che già quelle sul menu. Le piadine erano buonissime e ci riordinerei anche volentieri da qui

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre alla Stazione Tiburtina ho avuto modo di andare finalmente in questo posto, che ero curiosissimo di provare, e bhe le aspettative sono state super super confermate se non superate. Molto bello il locale in legno per la maggior parte con un arredamento semplice, intimo e che mi è molto piaciuto… si ordina o al bancone oppure con i comodissimi schermi che troviamo ormai in ogni Fast Food ovunque.
Questo posto è fighissimo, oltre alle piadine proposte dal locale ( che sono tante ed estremamente gustose e buone tutte quante ) si ha la possibilità di comporle da zero scegliendo letteralmente tutto tra impasto, farina, forma e decine e decine d’ingredienti! È unico secondo me, con una qualità a dir poco perfetta e con dei prezzi mega concorrenziali, ci sono andato solo una volta ma di certo non sarà l’ultima!
Ps. Scusate non ho foto di quello che ho mangiato, avevo troppa fame e non ci ho pensato ? ma è un’ottima occasione per tornarci!
Also at the Tiburtina Station I was able to finally go to this place, which I was very curious to try, and well the expectations were super super confirmed if not exceeded. The wooden place is very nice for the most part with a simple, intimate furniture that I liked very much ... you order either at the counter or with the very comfortable screens that we now find in every Fast Food everywhere.
This place is very cool, in addition to the wraps proposed by the restaurant (which are many and extremely tasty and all good) you have the opportunity to compose them from scratch by literally choosing everything from dough, flour, shape and dozens and dozens of ingredients! It is unique in my opinion, with a quality that is nothing short of perfect and with mega competitive prices. I only went there once but it certainly won't be the last!
Ps. Sorry, I don't have photos of what I ate, I was too hungry and didn't think about it ? but it's a great opportunity to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistency is very important to me and these guys are consistently great. I like to know my cappuccino will be hot and with a good amount of stiff froth.. and it always is. The staff work efficiently, they're friendly and I almost never have to wait, which is important during the morning rush. The cornettos are always fresh. Thankyou!
