Dispone di molti esercizi commerciali, anche se meno viva della stazione Termini, la più grande e stazione romana. Come tutte le grandi stazioni costringe a lunghi spostamenti dalla fermata della metropolitana corrispondente ai binari. Very modern station and designed for long distances, it is clean and well maintained, all things considered. Penso che sia vergognoso avere una stazione senza nemmeno una panchina dove un viaggiatore deve pagare anche per fare 5 minuti di pausa. Per il resto la stazione è bella moderna ecc... Un po' scomodo l'accesso in auto. Io non sono un'amante delle stazioni moderne, mi piacciono quelle di una volta, che hanno le comodità delle stazioni di oggi, ma in cui rimangano tracce evidenti del passato, un po' come una memoria di ciò che è stato. La Stazione di Roma Tiburtina è una stazione moderna, un po' fredda, impersonale. Sarà che ci sono ancora molti nuovi spazi in disuso e che per raggiungere i binari dei treni a lunga percorrenza, dalla metropolitana, bisogna fare parecchia strada, però per il resto non ci sono particolari difetti da evidenziare, si tratta solo di gusto personale.
