Visited Mamma Olivia in Milano many times, always excellent traditional pizza and great variety of cakes. Friendly and professional service. Right price.

The Wife and meself were driving through Milan from Bergamo aiport and had to satisfy a fierce hunger .. It wasnt long before we came accross Mamma Oliva. This was a warm welcome into Italian culture and dining and a well needed change from the not so warm and welcoming Hamburg Summer . The food was great, We ordered Pizza and couldn't wipe the smile off our faces, or maybe that was tomato paste. With addition of fresh Basilicum plants on your table its hard to be left unhappy The over all experience was great and the service was appropriate. We may have been given the wrong dessert but you get that on the big jobs and the cheesecake was well worth the wait. A great place to tick a few Italilan food boxes and feel like part of the crowd .. Would dine again

Good selection of dishes and pizza is also available. Nice ambience but service is slow and not very efficient.

The food is nice, I’ve tried few of their locations, but sadly the service is extremely slow and inefficient. It’s s good spot if you aren’t in a rush, otherwise, you better stay away.

They do not even make pasta by themself, which is a shame for an Italian restaurant. We ate something very untasty and when we asked for the bill we saw that they charged us extra for the service. Very bad food, very unplesant attitute from the restaurant owner and very expensive.

Place is frequented mostly by italian people, so if you want to see actual modern italian cuisine not created for tourists it's a good option. Food is tasty, and the desserts are really great. One thing that was a problem is that they don't serve fruit juices, so if you don't drink alcohol or soda you have rather limited range of drinks, but that's also a problem in many other places in Milan.
