Massima disponibilità del Personale, ottimo servizio navetta per Linate sia all'andata che al ritorno, prenotazione online semplicissima infine, costo totale per 10 gg, con pagamento online, senza paragoni; confrontato con altri parking dislocati nelle immediate vicinanze dell'aeroporto, per un posto al coperto, il risparmio è molto vicino al 30 per cento! Consigliatissimo!

Sito web poco funzionante. Indicazioni all'ingresso scarne e limitate a un poster a2 appeso al cancello di un parcheggio di un supermercato!? Pagamento on-line poco chiaro, e poi all'ingresso si finisce a pagare una seconda volta perché le prenotazioni online sono fatte in strada separata. Si salva solo la gentilezza degli operatori che sono disponibili pur non potendo intervenire sui problemi.
Poorly functioning website. Signs at the entrance are sparse and limited to a poster a2 hanging on the gate of a supermarket parking lot !? Online payment is unclear, and then at the entrance you end up paying a second time because online reservations are made in a separate street. It only saves the kindness of the operators who are available despite not being able to intervene on the problems.

Segnalo molto positivamente il parcheggio Quick Parking di Linate. E' coperto e controllato, non devi lasciare le chiavi e con la navetta arrivi in areoporto in 15/20 minuti (basta organizzarsi e arrivare qualche minuto prima) e costa la metà di altri parcheggi. Ho trovato il personale cordiale e disponibile: in particolare mi era stato cancellato il volo e di conseguenza anche la vacanza. Ho contattato via mail Quick Parking e mi è venuta incontro (grazie particolare a Roberta) convertendomi i giorni di parcheggio non utilizzato in un buono che ho potuto riutilizzare. Parcheggio consigliato.
I report very positively the Quick Parking of Linate. It is covered and controlled, you do not have to leave the keys and with the shuttle you arrive at the airport in 15/20 minutes (just get organized and arrive a few minutes earlier) and it costs half as much as other parking lots. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful: in particular I had been canceled my flight and consequently also my holiday. I contacted Quick Parking via e-mail and they met me (thanks in particular to Roberta), converting the days of unused parking into a voucher that I could reuse. Parking recommended.

English review below the German text. Sehr schlechter Service und schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Bezahlautomaten und die gesamte Technik sind sehr alt und funktionieren teilweise nicht mehr. Außerdem ist es seit neuestem nicht mehr möglich, dass eigene Auto vor Ablauf des Buchungszeitraums aus- und wieder einzufahren. D.h. ich habe einen Platz im Parkhaus für zwei Wochen gebucht, wir wollten dann einen Ausflug machen, wofür ich das Auto gebraucht habe. Nach Aussage der Mitarbeiter im Parkhaus ist dies nicht möglich. Warum auch immer… Der Stellplatz ist bereits im voraus bezahlt, der Firma entgeht also kein Umsatz. Im Gegenteil, ich bezahle für eine Leistung die ich dann stunden- bzw. tageweise nicht benutze! Ich habe das Parkhaus oft benutzt aber mit dieser Neuerung hat die Firma einen treuen Kunden verloren, der trotz der schlechten Technik jeden Monat hier geparkt hat. Das Parkhaus ist sowieso immer leer, deshalb ist es noch weniger verständlich, dass man nicht mehr einfahren kann. Ich hoffe, dass ich mit dieser Rezension viele Leute abhalten kann in diesem Parkhaus zu parken! Es gibt genug gute Parkhäuser in Mailand. That means, I booked and payed a parking for two weeks but I can’t drive the car out and in again before the period ends. Whyever… I payed for a service which I didn’t use for some hours or even days and the company says it’s not possible anymore. They should ask themselves if they should run a business at all. I used the parking every month but now they lost a loyal customer. I hope with this review I can prevent a lot of people from parking in this lousy car park. There are a lot of good car parks in milan. You should avoid the Quickparking company at all.

In caso di problemi non c'è nessuno che intervenga: dopo aver pagato, la macchinetta (che oltretutto non prendeva le monete) mi diceva "ritirare il titolo" o qualcosa di simile, e quindi io cercavo uno scontrino, (come in ogni altro parcheggio in cui sia stato) che non riuscivo a trovare. Dentro all'ufficio non c'era nessuno, quindi ho chiamato il numero che indicavano di chiamare se non c'è personale, e mi rispondeva la segreteria dicendo che al momento il cliente non era disponibile e di richiamare più tardi. E ho provato più di 1 volta. Fortuna che poi ho pensato di andare a vedere la sbarra di uscita e ho capito che quello che serviva era un gettone. Se la macchinetta indicasse ritirare il gettone, forse sarebbe più chiaro, ma a parte quello, la cosa grave è che l'assistenza è inesistente e se per caso avessi avuto un problema serio non avrei saputo come fare e sarei rimasto bloccato nel parcheggio con la macchina.

If the machine indicated to collect the token, perhaps it would be clearer, but apart from that, the serious thing is that the assistance is non-existent and if by chance I had a serious problem I would not have known how to do it and I would have been stuck in the parking lot with the machine.
