★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bar is in the heart of stresa. From outside you would nod expect such a warm and welcome ambiente. The waiters did welcome us very friendly and there was no problem in order to make an extraarrangement in the kitchen. The food was very good so it was the atmosphere. We felt very welcome and the restaurant invites you to stay longer. The restaurant is also well visited by locals which is a very good sign of quality. The selection of wines os great to.
We will come again.

Staff kind and helpful. Very nice location in the center of historical Stresa. Quality of food only acceptable. Very expensive for what you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was not prepared fresh. Frozen vegetables and re-heated crepes. We asked for a small bottle of water for one person and got a 75cl bottle. Pity. We didn't eat the Crepes but they still charged us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first restaurant after a long 12 hour train ride from Gouda, Netherlands. It was our first restaurant and a great introduction - staff were attentive and made us feel welcome. Stresa is a touristy spot, but we were very satisfied with the prices and quality of the food, and would gladly come back if in Stresa again.

Eggplant pizza and Rabbit Tagliatelle. Best rabbit I've ever had. Very friendly staff and encouraging with our broken Italian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 5 star mostly for the service, they all were attentive and friendly. It was always a good feeling coming there.
We ate in total 3 times during our holidays, pastas were very good (sauce and always right al dente). My favorite was gnocchi with cheese sauce, my friends:pasta napoletana. Cappuccino was also very good. They also service delicious olive and nuts bread.
Minestrone soup was not of my taste, unfortunately, however I tried it first time.. tastes like sauerkraut.
