Great music, poor service, terrible food. Portions were small, food took ages and was bland when it finally arrived. A real shame because I was expecting something better from reading all the great reviews. Just be aware. I noticed that they get shirty and aggressive if you’re not fawning over their overstyling. Similar to how they have with anyone who has dared question them on here!!

I was about to put 4 stars for this restaurant, when my stomach started aching. I was at the restaurant with my friend, and I asked him if he was experiencing the same thing. He said that yes, he was. I hadn’t eaten breakfast that day and the meal I ordered was the first thing I ate . It 4-5 hours after that, and it was unbearable. There was probably something off in the tomato sauce. Wouldn’t recommend and the prices are too high- 12 € for guacamole and chips. Also they harass anyone who complains on here.

A bar with a local yet bohemian feel to it. The owner seemed really cool and she put on some great music which added to the atmosphere. A nice selection of local beers as well as the usual international choices. A good place to stop by for a drink.. or two when on route to a restaurant.

Great food! The pesto pasta and the caponita we ordered were both great. Total Italian comfort food.

Had some west African food but the spices were off and rice was not right. Maybe ordered the wrong dish but attention to detail was not there. Not terrible, just ok.

A local hipster eatery which would not feel out of place in Brooklyn or Stockholm. The menu consists of street food from the entire world, focusing on traditional stomach-filling meals such as meatballs, chilli con carne, and a Senegal-style chicken on rice. They have a menu item called “Tour the World” which gives sample sizes of their main courses, and is plenty of food for 2 people. They also speak amazing English, and if I have one regret, it would be not taking the time the dig up all the knowledge they have about Ortigia, but parking waits for no man.

Very tasty food made with passion and charming lady owner. Dishes are being prepared with regional and organic ingridients and the menu offers something for everyone (e g. gluten free, vegan, local and international kitchen etc.) Good choice for a lunch or dinner.

We had a great time eating here. The food was excellent and the owner was very friendly and engaging. Definitely worth a repeat visit.
