I proprietari trovano OGNI scusa possibile per trattenersi i soldi della caparra con un comportamento scorretto e con atteggiamento scontroso e irrispettoso nei confronti di chi pur non provocando danni ed anzi lasciando in perfette condizioni il luogo della festa , si vede capitare a fine serata la " bella sorpresa ".
 A DELUSION! The owners find EVERY possible excuse to withhold the money from the deposit with incorrect behavior and with a surly and disrespectful attitude towards those who, while not causing damage and indeed leaving the place of the party in perfect condition, you see the "beautiful" happen at the end of the evening surprise ".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trovato il posto costoso per il servizio che offrono, in più ci siamo sentiti trattati molto male. Ci è sembrato che il personale fatichi ad esprimersi in italiano corrente e lo inframmezzi di termini dialettali, il che ha posto più volte difficoltà comunicative. Riteniamo che abbiano fatto di tutto per tenersi la caparra pretestuosamente, appellandosi ad un regolamento la cui valenza rimane dubbia in quanto scritto in un linguaggio apparentemente inventato, ad esempio chiamano "svise" o qualcosa di simile le tracce delle ruote delle macchine nel parcheggio di ghiaia a fondo duro. C'è un solo bagno a disposizione, non diviso per genere in quanto unico. Nonostante questo i proprietari non si curano di evitare l'organizzazione di più feste in contemporanea. Questo ci ha posto nella condizione di dividere il bagno con numerose persone. La pulizia del bagno e degli ambienti non è inclusa nel prezzo. Un dipendente si aggirava sul posto durante il corso dell'evento e inoltre si sono più volte riferiti all'utilizzo di videocamere per sorvegliare gli invitati. Il giorno seguente hanno ridicolmente sostenuto che avrebbero potuto addebitarci anche la carta igienica che avevamo comprato noi in quanto l'unico rotolo messo a disposizione dai proprietari era finito a poche ore dall'inizio. Hanno accusato i nostri onorati ospiti di cose che preferiamo non ripetere, inoltre ci siamo sentiti paragonare a degli assassini per aver spanto delle bevande sul pavimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto bello, peccato che per un cane che è stato là un oretta scarsa (e non ha fatto ne danni ne spoorcato) abbiano fatto casino e si siano tenuti la caparra. Peccato perché è un posto carino, ma questo comportamento molto fiscale è incomprensibile e inaccettabile.

I proprietari si sono comportati a dir poco in modo vergognoso, approffitandosi di una regola infranta (un cane che è rimasto pochissimo, legato e senza causare nessun danno) hanno tenuto la caparra di 100€ nonostante sia andato via subito ci è stato ricordato che non poteva entrare. Comportamento VERGOGNOSO, si sono approffitati di una dimenticanza. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO
NOT RECOMMENDED !!! The owners behaved in a shameful way to say the least, taking advantage of a broken rule (a dog that remained very little, tied up and without causing any damage) they kept the deposit of 100 € even though he left immediately we were reminded that he did not could enter. Shameful behavior, they took advantage of a forgetfulness. NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Festa privata, concordata con 80/100 persone con pagamento pagando 2€ extra a persona per delle persone in più calcolate in modo loro, in base a non si sa che cosa, chiedendo che se fossimo stati in 120, avremmo preso un secondo terreno ( terreno calcio e wolley) spiegando che l’età era dai 18 ai 25 anni ed in più due feste di compleanno di 40/50 anni, e che avremmo messo musica e portato il banchetto con fusti di birra e vino e fatto panini alla griglia... al primo incontro è andato tutto bene, dimostrando cortesia e massima disponibilità concordando un’ora massimo alle 24 con fino l’una da fare le pulizie del posto, allora abbiamo detto ai nostri amici che avremmo fatto colletta per noleggio location bibite e cibo dando degli inviti personali per entrare in quanto festa privata, all’ultimo, dopo che abbiamo iniziato a tirare su i soldini dagli amici, siamo stati contattati, che non vogliono 80 persone perché calpestano l’erba, che non vogliono la musica, e che la gente non deve bere ... ok MA SIAMO A SCHERZI A PARTE??? No io dico intanto prima si e dopo no, ma una festa con anche due feste di compleanno non posso mettere musica ne bere??? CONCLUSIONE non ci hanno permesso di noleggiare il posto, creandoci un disagio enorme all’ultimo momento, che grazie al cielo viste le recensioni perdevamo anche la cauzione lasciando magari anche in ordine...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bellissimo posto dove organizzare una festa all'aperto con gli amici, con possibilità di grigliare e di ascoltare musica grazie alla cassa potente che si può noleggiare in loco,uniche note negative il bagno distante e i bidoni per le immondizie lontani, ma detto questo, ho fatto la festa più bella di sempre qui.
