★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima. Nonostante indicazioni dettagliate e precise sul confezionamento di due pacchi (ovviamente pagato) sono stati confusi gli oggetti e mandati da un capo all'altro dell'Italia. A distanza di un mese nessuna notizia delle spedizioni e nessuna notizia dallo spedizioniere.
 Slack. Despite detailed and precise indications on the packaging of two parcels (obviously paid for) the objects were confused and sent from one end of Italy to the other. After one month, no news of the shipments and no news from the shipper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deludente esperienza di ritiro busta contenente display di smartphone, su Milano, presso custode/portineria di un condominio, presente in orari diurni, a € 16 (senza alcuna riduzione a mo' di compensazione disagio subito).
Nonostante raccomandazioni, sono stati impiegati ben 14 giorni per riuscire nell'impresa della consegna a Bari, presso punto Mail Boxes (con seccatura di traffico/parcheggio tipici del centro città in giornata prefestiva).
Sconsiglio questo tipo di ritiro/consegna.
Disappointing experience of collecting an envelope containing smartphone displays, in Milan, at the caretaker / concierge of an apartment building, present during the day, for € 16 (without any reduction by way of compensation for inconvenience immediately).
Despite recommendations, it took a good 14 days to succeed in the delivery company in Bari, at the Mail Boxes point (with traffic / parking problems typical of the city center on a pre-holiday day).
I do not recommend this type of collection / delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era la prima volta che mi capitava di andare ad effettuare una spedizione di reso in questi esercizi, quindi non sapevo che dovevo mandare una mail a loro personalmente. Scarsa professionalità da parte del personale, invitandomi ad inviare la mail con un tono "a tu per tu" dicendomi "se ti sbrighi a mandare la mail" come se stesse parlando ad una sua parente! Personale molto nervoso e scocciato. Pessima esperienza! Sono una persona che lavora con il pubblico e di certo non tratto il cliente a quella maniera!
It was the first time I had ever gone to return shipping in these stores, so I didn't know I had to email them personally. Lack of professionalism on the part of the staff, inviting me to send the email with a tone "face to face" telling me "if you hurry to send the email" as if he were talking to a relative! Very nervous and annoyed staff. Bad experience! I am a person who works with the public and I certainly don't treat the customer that way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio per spedizione biciclette: nonostante avessimo avvisato 3 settimane in anticipo, alla data stabilita non erano presenti in negozio gli appositi scatoloni. Nonostante il titolare ci avesse garantito che le parti più delicate sarebbero state protette (esempio: deragliatore) e che sarebbe stato utilizzato materiale per proteggere dagli urti (esempio: pluriball), le biciclette sono arrivate (in ritardo) semplicemente infilate dentro ad uno scatolone. Da evitare.
Bad service for shipping bicycles: despite having notified 3 weeks in advance, the appropriate boxes were not present in the shop on the established date. Although the owner had guaranteed us that the most delicate parts would be protected (example: derailleur) and that material would be used to protect against shocks (example: bubble wrap), the bicycles arrived (late) simply stuffed into a box. To be avoided.
