M	Monica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sempre recata in questa copisteria, ma dopo l'ultima volta sono rimasta molto delusa in quanto avevo bisogno di alcune dispense di un programma che il professore aveva lasciato a loro. Dato che una dispensa (tra le tre del modulo del programma) l'avevo già ho chiesto gentilmente se potevano stamparmi solo due dato che comunque i file del programma li avevano sulla chiavetta usb, quindi avrei semplicemente detto loro il nome della dispensa di cui non avevo bisogno. Pertanto la proprietaria mi ha risposto seccamente che loro non selezionano le dispense e che stampano tutto così com'è costringendomi comunque ad acquistare una dispensa di cento pagine di cui non avevo bisogno. Mi rammarica dare un giudizio negativo manon credo che sarebbe costato nulla stampare due dispense al posto di tre. . Un po di gentilezza non costa nulla. I always went to this copy shop, but after the last time I was very disappointed because I needed some notes from a program that the professor had left for them. Since I already had a pantry (among the three in the program module) I kindly asked if they could only print me two since the program files had them on the USB stick, so I would have simply told them the name of the pantry of which I did not I needed. Therefore the owner replied curtly to me that they do not select the dispensations and that they print everything as it is, forcing me anyway to buy a dispensation of one hundred pages which I did not need. I regret giving a negative opinion, as I believe it would have cost nothing to print two dispensations instead of three. . A little kindness costs nothing.

Un libro è stato rilegato alla cieca, l'ordine delle pagine non è quello giusto, ed è una cosa abbastanza snervante. Inoltre, si ha la possibilità di prenotare su WhatsApp, ma rispondono dopo moltissimo tempo nonostante siano online. Chiedo il prezzo dei libri su WhatsApp, mi dicono un prezzo, vado in negozio e me ne dicono un'altro, ovviamente maggiore. Bocciato. ??? Loro sono molto disponibili ma se avete un minimo di dimestichezza potete addirittura stampare in autonomia da una delle tante postazioni I've known them since I was in college and they have always been a great asset. They are very helpful but if you have a minimum of familiarity you can even print independently from one of the many workstations
