★ ★ ★ ★ ★ si trovano tantissimi prodotti biologici certificati, superfoods, da frigo, da banco, pasta, farine bianche ed integrali macinate a pietra a dir poco buonissime, legumi della zona che sono ottimi. Poi molto gentili e disponibili, non mancheranno più alla mia lista della spesa.

Tali metodi permettono ai microrganismi di purificare e disintossicare i terreni dalle piogge acide,dallo smog e dagli agenti inquinanti. E’ stato approvato un progetto che sperimenterà la capacità di rigenerazione di territori altamente inquinati, come quelli che sorgono nei dintorni dell’Ilva, se trattati adeguatamente. L’invito è quello di favorire agricoltori che utilizzano metodi biologici, sostenibili ed etici a discapito delle multinazionali che sviluppano coltivazioni intensive con logiche di sfruttamento. Il GermoglioBio è un’ottima sintesi di eticità, sostenibilità, gentilezza e cortesia.
The earth has the gift of being able to regenerate itself if nourished, cultivated with a biological-biodynamic method. These methods allow microorganisms to purify and detoxify soils from acid rain, smog and pollutants. A project has been approved that will test the regeneration capacity of highly polluted territories, such as those that arise around Ilva, if treated properly. The invitation is to encourage farmers who use organic, sustainable and ethical methods to the detriment of multinationals that develop intensive cultivation with exploitation logics. Il GermoglioBio is an excellent synthesis of ethics, sustainability, kindness and courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il germoglio bio è un posto dove il tempo si ferma. Andare a fare la spesa lì è un momento di puro piacere, specie per chi come me convive con problemi alimentari. Prodotti di assoluta qualità, delizie per il palato e per tutti gli altri sensi. Mangiare non deve essere soltanto un momento dovuto, ma un piacere da concedersi nel migliore dei modi! Il bio quello vero lo trovo solo al Germoglio. Posto consigliatissimo, personale qualificato e non improvvisato.
The organic sprout is a place where time stands still. Going shopping there is a moment of pure pleasure, especially for those like me who live with food problems. Products of absolute quality, delights for the palate and for all the other senses. Eating must not be just a moment, but a pleasure to be granted in the best way! I can only find the real bio at the Germoglio. Highly recommended place, qualified and not improvised staff.
