I sent a television to my daughters in Milan on June 13, 2019. On June 14th it was in Piacenza IN TRANSIT! TODAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2019, THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED! I pacchi erano ridotti in malo modo e richiusi nuovamente con altro nastro adesivo. Ciliegina sulla torta: il titolare dell' agenzia non ha risposto alle telefonate ed al messaggio in segreteria e bloccata la comunicazione con mia moglie non appena venuta a conoscenza del problema. I made a shipment from the south to Piedmont. Not even half of the fragile goods arrived intact. The packages were badly reduced and closed again with other adhesive tape. The icing on the cake: the owner of the agency has not responded to phone calls and to the message in the answering machine and blocked communication with my wife as soon as she became aware of the problem.
