Ci hanno aiutato a trovare sia il broker finanziario(Kyron) che ci ha fatto ottenere il mutuo che il notaio per il rogito.
Davvero seri e professionali.
We recently bought a house from these guys. Silvano, the manager, was very helpful and was able to recommend the best solution according to our needs. They helped us find both the financial broker (Kyron) who got us the mortgage and the notary for the deed.

Il mio ringraziamento più grande va cmq a Davide che con la sua onestà e modi fare è riuscito dove altri …; si è messo a disposizione su tanti punti di vista mi ha consigliato è accompagnato fino alla fine.
Il rapporto con loro e in particolare con lui va al dì la del mero rapporto venditore cliente ma ha instaurato un rapporto di fiducia rispetto amicizia che avrà sicuramente un proseguio per progetti futuri.
La consiglio a chiunque abbia pensato di rivolgersi ad un agenzia immobiliare.

Anyway, my biggest thanks goes to Davide who, with his honesty and manners, has succeeded where others…; he made himself available on many points of view, he advised me and accompanied him to the end.

Grazie a loro ho comprato la casa che sognavo da tanto, nel posto che volevo (cuore del Cilento) ad un prezzo e costo molto convenienti. Dopo la mia scelta hanno provveduto a tutto portando venditore e compratore al rogito in soli 15 giorni. All my appreciation goes to Silvano and his young team for their sympathy, commitment and professionalism in their work. Thanks to them I bought the house I had been dreaming of for a long time, in the place I wanted (heart of Cilento) at a very affordable price and cost. After my choice, they took care of everything, bringing seller and buyer to the deed in just 15 days. I am very satisfied, I will always rely on this agency for any real estate need.

La mia vendita era molto complicata, ma Davide con pazienza e professionalita ha compiuto l'impresa impossible in meno di 6 mesi. Un ringraziamento à tutta l'équipe di Tecnorete.

The only real estate agency in Agropoli. They take care of everything (since I live in another state) and find a solution to every problem. My sale was very complicated, but Davide with patience and professionalism completed the impossible feat in less than 6 months. Thanks to all the Tecnorete team.
